I am so glad that part of this video had Astrud Gilberto singing some of her famous songs. I was and I still in love with her melodic voice, the mellow voice came thru my vains. Buen viaje Astrud, your songs won;t ever be forgotten.
Astrud chante à 49 minutes ... notre regrettée Ange , repose en Paix !!! Love
Este fin de semana escuchando a Astrud Gilberto. Buen viaje. Te amo Astrud.
Thank you. This is like discovering secret treasure.
Too bad I couldn't catch this show in Berlin in 1966, but I was only 18 years old then! What an experience to see SG and AG perform on the same stage. Both of them sadly gone now, AG just a few months ago. But her voice lives on, thanks to her talented daughter Bebel!
Bebel is not her daughter.
Super!!!!
The Verve album that featured the Quartet, in '64,I think, was also very nice. It was a live recorded date.
hermosa......
A truly great tenor player at the top of his form.
Gary Burton,Chuck Israels,Roy Haynes still active in 2022!
Pretty neat. Pretty good.
This is pique musical creativity for me. Thank you thank you, a transcendent experience.
