Couldn't have come at a better time! Im getting one of these ready for action at the moment for our 14 year old son! He's racing 1/24th and f2 currently. You never know, you could see us at a track in the future 😜 🏎💨
Hello James !! I didnt know its not allowed to free more movement . Is this Reg also in ISRA ? - Great to see more of your videos ! - Cheers From Rio / Brazil
Thanks for watching the video. This chassis was designed to be specific for Novice and club racing in the UK. It has been adopted by other racers around the world. ISRA do not use this chassis for any classes.
@@CleaveTech I race with a bunch of guys in Southern California who have not stopped racing slot cars since 1966... while they have have been very helpful I rely on your videos for the more nuanced stuff.
Thanks for watching. As you can tell, I have been really pushed for time recently, but the new motor analyser is still something I really want to get finished.
I admit that it looks like there could be a bracing piece between the pillow blocks but those extra bits sticking up are only used during the original build process to help align the pillow blocks.
Glad to see you back!
It’s good to be back 😁
Good to see you back to building and sharing your knowledge.
Thanks 👍
Good to see you back! Your videos have been a great help over the years :)
Glad to help!

Thanks so much. It means a lot that the hottest slot car property on TH-cam watches my videos 🙏🏻
@@CleaveTech mate I'm your biggest fan hands down
Great video, glad your back. Keep them coming
More to come!
Your videos inspired me to start slot car racing one year ago. Happy to see a new video! Awesome video as usual! Thanks!
Thank you. I am so glad that I can help people into the sport and the engineering behind the racing.

Awesome videos thank you

What do you like better: bushings or bearings? If you had a choice
I cant get bearings to align without breaking them.
Definitely ball races are better in the long term. They have less resistance than bushings and last a lot longer.
Thanks!
Thank you very much. Really appreciated 🙏🏻

Shouldn't there be a piece between the pillow blocks. Horizontal
