They have different packages and I believe the $1k package comes with Airport pickup, house hunting, resident permit, and the usual visa application, ministry work, etc
So, you can ask them about the other packages they have to offer and choose the best one for you.
As for other agents, for now, I have not met one that I trust well enough to talk about and be guaranteed that they will get the job done on time and will always respond to your questions. But when I do I will make sure I talk about it on the channel.
