the great tragedy of art is that the artist loves making art but it also feels great for that art to be seen. at the end of the day theres a massive element of luck involved with getting financial freedom from things you do creatively. keep your head up broskii
I like the way you describe the drive to make art as an itch. Thats how it feels for me too. I love the buzzing feeling when you're coming up with ideas and it feels like your brain is at full power. And the therapeutic feeling of finally saying what you need to say or the rewarding feeling of realising something from nothing and being proud of your work. But mostly its an escape for me. When hours go by like seconds when working on a project thats piecing itself together before your eyes. Or retreating away from reality and into your mind while you explore a thousand thoughts that are just for you. Like your body's in the room but your mind may aswell be in outer space. Thats what i like best. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. And dont get discouraged. Keep on doing what you enjoy. We all want our art to be seen by someone but realistically noone will care about it as much as its creator. Im just telling myself i don't care if no one likes it, (even if i dont believe that) lol, i just want to get my stuff out there before i die. That will be mission accomplished!
@@FreeRangeCaptivity yeah it’s definitely an itch that never persists, but it keeps me going at the same time!! And hell yeah I agree when the ideas just keep flowing it’s a feeling like nothing else! Yeah it does feel super therapeutic to let all your feelings out into your art, and just like a genuine creative act. The way you described retreating away into your own mind is super accurate to me, I really get so lost in the work that I’m almost physically not present it feels like I’m the best way possible! I really appreciate your kind words and support though, and I’m glad that you got something out of this video!! But yes at least we are still creating regardless of the attention on it, and we are fulfilling our purpose expressing our creativity!
Thank you for this. I work a job that pays my bills but nothing else and friends there ask me "what [I'm] going to do with my life?" And the only thing I can focus on, outside of my work, is my art. I can't imagine being anything else, even if the odds are stacked against my writing being found or enjoyed. It's all I have and who I am.
@@damiangaymian I’m glad you were able to relate to what I was saying and found something out of the video!! I will say, once I dedicated more time to my art and passions and made it a priority, even though times can still be tough and things may not align currently, I’m overall so much happier, productive, and inspired! But it’s up to us to define what we do with our life, no answer should be the same so as long as you believe that your art is your purpose I’d say you are going down the right path!
@@reekocarson nah not compliment but the truth. there is no possible way someone this good at music isn't at the top. have you tried promoting your music on tiktok?
I just recently started making TikTok’s and trying to market my music on there, so I’m hoping that can help me gain some traction 🙏🏾 I get its all a process though
Supposedly, foreign currencies are going to revalue soon, and lots of people are trying to get out of the rat race. The youtubers Edu Matrix, Militia Man & Crew, and Chris Real World & Jon Dowling are trying to stay updated on it. Not financial advice, please do your own research. It's regarding the Iraqi dinar, Vietnam currencies, Venezuela digitales, Indonesia rupiah, and 2008 Zimbabwe zims AA series. If they revalue, which is possibly before 2025, I'll let you know. The Iraqi Prime Minister Sudani promised his citizens that the dinar will revalue in 2024. We'll see.
