Badluram, a jawan in the Assam Regiment, died during World War II in Japan when India was still under British rule. The quartermaster was supposed to report the deaths of the soldiers to the authorities so that the ration for the slain soldiers be stopped. But he didn’t remove Badluram’s name from the list. Every soldier was entitled to ration (food supplies) and the quartermaster continued to take rations in Badluram's name.
Havildar Hangpan Dada’s story is a master class on courage under fire. The soldier from the Assam Regiment valiantly took on four terrorists last year in Jammu and Kashmir before laying his own life down in the mountains. It’s a story every Indian need to be familiar with.
It was in May of 2016 that Havildar Hang Pan Dada killed three terrorists and seriously injured a fourth one before losing his life at 13,000 feet. The story is even more incredible because, despite the fact that he had been grievously hurt after combating two of the terrorists, he still entered hand-to-hand combat with the third one. For his feat, he was awarded the Ashok Chakra posthumously, the highest peacetime award for gallantry and valor.
‘Badluram’ is sung by Hangpan Dada’s children Roukhin and Senwang Dada along with the men of the Assam Regiment.
The sound is sampled from the film “Dada - The Warrior Spirit” produced and directed by Somesh Saha, Soumil Shetty, and Rohan Sharma.

And when Japan army cut all the supplies to assam regiment, the extra Ration which collected on the name of badluram helps them to survive .
