Great player with great technique, great tune, great arrangement and of course, great guitar. Although I'm more in love with Jimmy's guitars played acoustically, the inherent sustain qualities of this one is evident, in addition to the unbelievable balance between the lows and highs. Loved everything about this post. Congrats Max.
THIS is a perfect match and worthy tribute to an extraordinary artist and the final opus of arguably the greatest guitar luthier of all times. They belong together.
I love these series of videos- everyone brings out something different in the guitar- this video in particular I could really hear the treble strings singing out more from the bass strings.
First off all amazing series- Thank you Mr. Blake!! It got me thinking though, doesn't a guitar like this deserve a better mic than just a shure sm57..? I recently played on a D'Aquisto, one that Jim recorded with.. and i strongly feel this doesn't do it justice.. Just thinking out loud ..
@@alessiocazzetta5982 thanks for watching and I’m glad you enjoyed the series! I’m sorry the sm57 isn’t up to snuff for you. I’m just working with what I’ve got.
Fantastic playing on a beautiful instrument 👍👌
