You can see the contraction clearly in the left patient's arm. Due to the position of the wrist and forearm, a brief pronation is observed, it is also normal.
You're welcome - remember practice makes perfect and an exam candidate who looks confident at doing reflexes is much more likely to impress. Also a confident clinical exam reassures your patient too.
So helpful to see bed-bound techniques, and explanations behind the reflexes!!
