my mom was about 3 or 4 and this was in the 1980s and she was playing in the front yard with my aunt who is younger and my grandma (their mom) went inside for a split second and when she came out my mom was in the middle of the road and a big tuck was coming so her dog (cocoa) jumped infront of the truck who did not stop and was going like 70 mph down the road and he didnt stop but cocoa gave my mom enough time o cross the street and by the time she was across the street cocoa got hit and fractured her spine and my grandma was trying to get the truck to stop and later that week cocoa died:(((((( she was a black and white springer spaniel btw

my russian rottie saved my life twice while working (i was a k-9 handler for a security company and tyson was my dog) but the big surprise came when, after a night shift we both got home, when i went to bed i started feeling unwell in my tummy. I got up to go to the toilet and my dog tyson for some reason stuck to my right side (he was trained to heel to my left side!) as i got to the top of my stairs (on my right hand side!) i collapsed and lost consciousness but not before i felt myself being pushed against the wall to my left and herd my dog start to bark like a crazy dog. when i woke up i was in hospital and was told i was having an ectopic pregnancy and that they needed to operate immediately or i would die before the end of the day!! needless to say tyson saved my life as him walking on my right hand side prevented me from falling down the stairs head first as i fainted, he used his body to push me away from the stairs and then his barking woke my sister up who was sleeping in the guest room downstairs in the opposite side of the house, she of course called the emergency services and she told me had it not been for tyson she wouldn't have known anything until she got up a couple hours later at 9am. tyson has since been put to sleep after his hips went at the grand old age of 16 years, we had been together since he was 2 years old, i miss him dearly but have his ashes next to my bed side. when i go he is to be put in my coffin with me and then both our ashes to be sprinkled in a nice wooded area where he and i can enjoy eternal walks together.
he went every where with me, to the stables, to work, visiting family and every where else in between. his coller and lead ae still on their peg and even tho we have just got a new dog 8 years later his coller and lead will still stay where it belongs and our new dog (no longer working security so he is just a family pet) will have his own peg next to tysons xxx
How about a human saving a dogs life? True story how I saved my dogs life, I'm 52 yrs old now (as of SEPT 2016; sorry about the caps)... When I was about 8 years old SNOOPY our pointer hound dog went out 3/4 of the way (approx. 500 feet away from me & my friend) across the thin ice on the Buffalo River in South Buffalo, N.Y. one cold day in the winter time. Then all of a sudden he fell thru!!! I was freaking out because I loved this dog as much as any one of my family members. We slept side by side together since he was a tiny puppy. He went everywhere with me. He had saved a few human lives already by then & had done soooo many amazing mind blowing things most people do not even believe he did & would take days to write down all the unbelievable things here!!! When SNOOPY started getting tired I started crying & praying & begging GOD to save him!!! Hell; I'm even crying as I'm writing this remembering the wave of helplessness & sadness emotions that consumed me back then!!! After trying with everything he had in him for about a 1/2 hour or more he then started going under!!! Oh my GOD I screamed!!! I prayed to GOD at that very moment out loud & asked GOD to give me strength & courage to go wayyyy out on the thin ice & save him!!! Right then my whole body started shaking uncontrollably in sheer terror!!! My friend screamed no!!! Are you crazy?!!! You'll fall thru just like he did!!! I told him I'm going to spread my weight out on the ice & hopefully I wont fall thru!!! Keep in mind SNOOPY weighed less than half of what I did!!! Then I wiggled out on the ice without a rope tied to me where SNOOPY was as fast & carefully as I could while listening to the ice so I could hear if it was cracking & breaking apart under me. I got out there & pulled him out of the freezing cold water just in time without falling thru!!! He just hopped up on the ice & shook off the water & started wagging his tail real happily on his way back to the shoreline like nothing happened!!! HA HA HA!!! It was then at that very moment I realized GOD granted us a miracle that would change our souls for the better for eternity!!! When GOD granted me that strength & courage I prayed for so desperately out loud that day; it strengthened the faith I already had in me more than ever before. From that point on in my life I knew I could say with absolute certainty to anyone whom might ask me if I believe in GOD that I know GOD is real because SNOOPY & I were part of a real miracle. I realized from then on I could count on GOD to give me strength & courage & help me anytime I asked him for it & I did several more times in the following years; but those are different stories to write down also at another time in my blessed life. I know GOD helped me & was with me that day out on that ice & GOD didn't want SNOOPY to go to heaven just then. I would not be alive still to write this story had it not been for that miracle on the Buffalo River... P.S. - SNOOPY lived an unbelievable story book life until he was 14 yrs old 10 yrs after this. My sister Victoria even beat me to it & wrote a book she told me she had written about him, but I have never read it. I don't need to. SNOOPY was with me most of the time & I personally witnessed almost every mind blowing thing he had ever done during his life on this earth. You wouldn't believe 1/4 of the things he did & you would think I was lying! When we moved out of South Buffalo & into the suburbs just outside of Buffalo in Hamburg N.Y. SNOOPY wasn't used to chasing cars moving that fast on RT. 5 where the speed limit was 45 MPH. People often traveled over the 45 MPH speed limit at 55 MPH & more. SNOOPY got out somehow one night right after my MOM & all 4 of my sisters went shopping. He was hit by a heartless person without morals because they didn't even stop at all & help him!!! I found him a block away lying on the side of RT. 5 right down the street & across the road where the entrance to Hamburg Beach is. He was barely alive when I found him & I carried him home & laid him down on the kitchen floor. As soon as I laid him down my MOM & my sisters came back home & we all cried our hearts out. Just a few minutes later he stopped breathing & went to Heaven... SNOOPY is still part of my prayers every night & always will be forever & ever... He was truly a blessing from GOD & I still miss him very, very much!!! Someday before I die I would like to dedicate a children's book written about his life in his honor... MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL & ALL YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS, FOREVER & EVER :-) AMEN...

Smartie and Prissey were best friends ever sence they met. We went outside and we tryed to identify what was going on.We then got a bowl of milk and put it next to Prissey. She then lifted her head up and tryed to drink some milk. her head then fell in and she layed there, not moving. She she began to cough up her own blood and hen she started to stop breathing. We sat there and took pictures with our very sad faces next to our nearly dead cat. When we finaly knew she was gone we found a shoebox that she fit in perfectly and gentily placed her in there. my dad then dug a hole in the backyard near my dead dog that had been burried not so long ago, placed the cat in the shoebox inside and covered it up. How about a human saving a dogs life? True story how I saved my dogs life, I'm 52 yrs old now (as of SEPT 2016; sorry about the caps)...
When I was about 8 years old SNOOPY our pointer hound dog went out 3/4 of the way (approx. 500 feet away from me & my friend) across the thin ice on the Buffalo River in South Buffalo, N.Y. one cold day in the winter time. Then all of a sudden he fell thru!!! I was freaking out because I loved this dog as much as any one of my family members. We slept side by side together since he was a tiny puppy. He went everywhere with me. He had saved a few human lives already by then & had done soooo many amazing mind blowing things most people do not even believe he did & would take days to write down all the unbelievable things here!!! When SNOOPY started getting tired I started crying & praying & begging GOD to save him!!! Hell; I'm even crying as I'm writing this remembering the wave of helplessness & sadness emotions that consumed me back then!!! After trying with everything he had in him for about a 1/2 hour or more he then started going under!!! Oh my GOD I screamed!!! I prayed to GOD at that very moment out loud & asked GOD to give me strength & courage to go wayyyy out on the thin ice & save him!!! Right then my whole body started shaking uncontrollably in sheer terror!!! My friend screamed no!!! Are you crazy?!!! You'll fall thru just like he did!!! I told him I'm going to spread my weight out on the ice & hopefully I wont fall thru!!! Keep in mind SNOOPY weighed less than half of what I did!!! Then I wiggled out on the ice without a rope tied to me where SNOOPY was as fast & carefully as I could while listening to the ice so I could hear if it was cracking & breaking apart under me. I got out there & pulled him out of the freezing cold water just in time without falling thru!!! He just hopped up on the ice & shook off the water & started wagging his tail real happily on his way back to the shoreline like nothing happened!!! HA HA HA!!! It was then at that very moment I realized GOD granted us a miracle that would change our souls for the better for eternity!!! When GOD granted me that strength & courage I prayed for so desperately out loud that day; it strengthened the faith I already had in me more than ever before. From that point on in my life I knew I could say with absolute certainty to anyone whom might ask me if I believe in GOD that I know GOD is real because SNOOPY & I were part of a real miracle. I realized from then on I could count on GOD to give me strength & courage & help me anytime I asked him for it & I did several more times in the following years; but those are different stories to write down also at another time in my blessed life. I know GOD helped me & was with me that day out on that ice & GOD didn't want SNOOPY to go to heaven just then. I would not be alive still to write this story had it not been for that miracle on the Buffalo River... P.S. - SNOOPY lived an unbelievable story book life until he was 14 yrs old 10 yrs after this. My sister Victoria even beat me to it & wrote a book she told me she had written about him, but I have never read it. I don't need to. SNOOPY was with me most of the time & I personally witnessed almost every mind blowing thing he had ever done during his life on this earth. You wouldn't believe 1/4 of the things he did & you would think I was lying! When we moved out of South Buffalo & into the suburbs just outside of Buffalo in Hamburg N.Y. SNOOPY wasn't used to chasing cars moving that fast on RT. 5 where the speed limit was 45 MPH. People often traveled over the 45 MPH speed limit at 55 MPH & more. SNOOPY got out somehow one night right after my MOM & all 4 of my sisters went shopping. He was hit by a heartless person without morals because they didn't even stop at all & help him!!! I found him a block away lying on the side of RT. 5 right down the street & across the road where the entrance to Hamburg Beach is. He was barely alive when I found him & I carried him home & laid him down on the kitchen floor. As soon as I laid him down my MOM & my sisters came back home & we all cried our hearts out. Just a few minutes later he stopped breathing & went to Heaven... SNOOPY is still part of my prayers every night & always will be forever & ever... He was truly a blessing from GOD & I still miss him very, very much!!! Someday before I die I would like to dedicate a children's book written about his life in his honor... MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL & ALL YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS, FOREVER & EVER :-) AMEN...

When I was about six years old than my cat, Prissey, was lying down on our back doorstep looking very, very tired. My cat, Smartie, then came over like she knew what was happening. Smartie and Prissey were best friends ever sence they met. We went outside and we tryed to identify what was going on.We then got a bowl of milk and put it next to Prissey. She then lifted her head up and tryed to drink some milk. her head then fell in and she layed there, not moving. She she began to cough up her own blood and hen she started to stop breathing. We sat there and took pictures with our very sad faces next to our nearly dead cat. When we finaly knew she was gone we found a shoebox that she fit in perfectly and gentily placed her in there. my dad then dug a hole in the backyard near my dead dog that had been burried not so long ago, placed the cat in the shoebox inside and covered it up. We both then went inside and began to say prays about how much we loved smartie and how we wished her a good life in a Heaven. Let Prissey always be with us and Smartie.

My dog saved my family's life while we were at school a very deadly snake got into our house and then my dog bit the snake and the snake bit back and they both died. We found out when we went to go feed our dog and we found her not coming and then saw her not breathing. Our hearts were broken and we will never miss our dog bella. Please like to make me feel better and not so upset even though that is impossible to not be sad.

my mom was about 3 or 4 and this was in the 1980s and she was playing in the front yard with my aunt who is younger and my grandma (their mom) went inside for a split second and when she came out my mom was in the middle of the road and a big tuck was coming so her dog (cocoa) jumped infront of the truck who did not stop and was going like 70 mph down the road and he didnt stop but cocoa gave my mom enough time o cross the street and by the time she was across the street cocoa got hit and fractured her spine and my grandma was trying to get the truck to stop and later that week cocoa died:(((((( she was a blak and white springer spaniel btw

My dog saved me 3 times the first time I was young and fell into the pool ps I sneaked out so no one knew I fell in and my dog took action the second time a heavy picture fell on my head my dog pulled it off and the third time my other dog went in labour and had a seizure are superhero dog came in and jumped on my chest barking until I woke up and when we went out there were three puppy's but we nearly lost the mummy dog but she's all good now and puppy's all found their forever home ❤️❤️

This is amazing that animals would do this for humans even though most humans would never do this for animals. So many people are so selfish that if there was a dog in the building during 9/11 that they would leave the dog to die. Yes I know some people would help just like I would but most will not. Some people just need to think how important animals are to the world and that animals shouldn't be left to die! These animals are amazing and they should be rewarded and respected by all of us.
My bearded dragon, leopard gecko, 2 turtles, and betta fish will just watch me die while my cats would probably just laugh at my death.
