I love your ideas for the kitchen and for the nightstand! I'm about to start my van build, so I appreciate seeing this build with already-existing furniture and a simple layout.
Amazing use of space. No one would have guessed it was a utility van before you got it! Just picked up the same year conversion Van of my own today. I'm inspired by your imaginative working of the Van and super creative construction at low cost. Thanks for sharing!

I absolutely love the hinge sink & stove idea! Currently designing a cheap van build for my 1996 Dodge Ram and collcting ideas from youtube, will have to keep this in mind

Pretty nice. I just got a 2003 Dodge hightop conversion van and I'm debating taking all the rear seats out and building it similar to yours. Until I'm sure I'll like using it, I'll just camp as is.
Clever use of that cabinet...surprised me when you popped the top...like the idea, but one downside is every time you want to access the sink or stove, you have to take everything off the top. If you are disciplined enough to put every thing away all the time and never leave any clutter on top, then it could work. Try an office chair with roller wheels instead of that regular chair...you could roll around the van while seated as needed. Bungee it to the desk to keep it tied down while traveling. Subbed and liked. Wow...the closing song blew me away...very professional re-working of a classic traditional hymn. Who were the artists? More please if you can!
you are correct that it requires good habits of keeping things put away. on the flip side to your comment is it gives you a place to set things with sitting them on your stove or sink.
In my new van build I decided to use a more conventional kitchen

i am doing a 1997 dodge high top conversion.I kept all the seats and made a kitchenette that is a sink ,stove combo with hinged lockable tables.It has caster wheels so it can be moved when camping.It also has small bathroom in back behind the bed.I will be makeing videos soon.Keep the videos coming!

Nice buddy, i picked up a 2000 mark III as wellWith 60k miles on it.
Brill for a quick cheap conversion! He has the foundation bones of the job in place and can improve and alter as time and need allows. Some ingenious things in the kitchen and he can turn the bed lengthways at a later date.

I like it I noticed someone posted no toilet lol, you could build a square box like a otaman in between your passenger seats hide a bucket inside (lift lid to access) , also if you could get a more modern computer chair with wheels you would be able to sit but move ...or perhaps maybe remove one side of drawers and put fridge there and then maybe the chair will fit under , you used your floor space nicely, but don't forget walls , possible over back bed a small long shelf , anyways it does look like a nice floor plan , forget removing the factory rug( insolation) maybe perhaps a cheapy throw -rug in middle of floor would do the trick , good luck and god bless and happy camping
