My Glitch was when my Local Bank Leominster Credit union now changed to Union one credit union. Out of the blue no sign no news nothing. Changed outta nowhere. Also road configurations changed in my area with a new bike lane added. And more changed along the roads and stuff.

I had what felt like a phase shift this morning. I was thinking about all of my relationships and acknowledging to my self that each person is just another version of me. And as I was absorbing that thought I felt a jolt and felt like I was falling and then another jolt when I phased back with my body. It was unsettling.

I’m with you brother….My back was very painful for two weeks and then all of a sudden it stopped this has happened at least three times
I sleep on a grounding sheet and I think it helps with all the frequencies we are experiencing. When I purchased the second one it came with a testing thingy. I tested both of my sheets and they both showed a strong grounding connection. Normal material didn't budge the test response.I think the sheets help pull the excess energies away and keep me aligned. Got mine on ebay. Thank you Michael for all the help you give. Much love 🙏

What's the role of validation and attention in our lives you seek these consciously or unconsciously because you think external recognition will fulfill you only think you need to be fulfilled because you believe you are not whole the ego instructs you to seek recognition outside of yourself because the ego finds it hard to be content with what's within the ego will do everything in its power to convince you that something must happen to feel whole paradoxically you are already whole if you could recognize yourself as whole you would stop chasing these things in the wink of an eye.
