Surprisingly, that's the case for a lot of WR. perhaps this has something to do with the fact that it makes runners cool of and start relying on muscle memort making them do less mistakes because of nerves ?

Insane to think that the game which took me 56 hours to complete can be done in 20 minutes. When I tried to get the Shura ending for platinum it took me 3 hours and that felt insane
@@Treen1205 Ongbal just drills ridiculous fights until he gets them flawless once which he records and posts. It's impressive no doubt, but not a quarter as time consuming or impressive as pulling off sub 20 minute Sekiro runs, much less being quicker than the rest at doing it by a few seconds still.

I love that on the first split he was -3.0 and that's the amount of time he shaved off his pb aswell. Also, it's amazing to see new strats develop all the time. I didn't know about the new lone shadow strat or the frontside dojo one.

Man your speedrun and this game is just blowing my mind right now it's like you're flying in the sky. Grappling onto cliffs completely bypassing whole sections of buildings it's honestly unbelievable. I started with elden ring, went on to beat elden ring. Dark souls 3 and bloodborne. And I just started Sekiro today. I know people say it's probably the most hardest of any souls game but I'm just gonna take it slow like I did with the other titles. I think it's good to go into very challenging games with feeling intimidation like i did with the other 3 titles i mentioned. Your talent is appreciated Aggy thanks for making this video I'd be lost without this help. And thanks to fromsoftware for making such quality games. Honestly just mind blowing. ❤
I never played Sekiro (though I am a huge fan of the other Soulsborne games) and I never had any interest in speedruns, but watching you is very relaxing and somewhat hypnotic. :D Congrats on the new record!!
I’m just some dude, sitting on the toilet, currently taking a rank duke but heed my advice - You need to play it, my man. It’s one of the best souls games (Elden Ring is #1 this is like, #2 imo) and, in terms of difficulty, I’d say it’s one of the tougher souls games as well. The combat is so hella satisfying though. This game really is a masterpiece. What makes it so hard, I think, is that you can’t cheese the game by wearing something like Havel’s armor and a big ole’ greatshield. Also….that last boss…I think I died to him more than any other boss in any other game.
Hey Aggy, appreciate the videos man. I just realized in the beginning well you start in. If you use the Homeward Idol. It will yes just load you back in the same spot, but it also refills your HP. I am sure for you it serves no purpose in a normal speedrun attempt. However, maybe it would be useful for the challenge runs you do. GG at breaking Sekiro further.
so I was late for the sekiro party and just finished it last night after 38 hours. Took this man 20 minutes, wow. Can't imagine the countless hours of practice tho congrats!

I started off rough with this game too. Took me atleast 30 hours for my first play though. After that I 100% it on PlayStation. Worth the 80 bucks atm
