What do you expect from the masterminds behind Crack In Time and Deadlocked? Deadlocked alone sold the staple for quality music, and it was for all intents and purposes a poor Ratchet game (no clank and no great story does hold it back), but we fans don't care cause it has the best combat, best weapons, some of the best stages, best challenges, best bosses, and best entertainment.
Anyone notice that in Up your Arsenal, in Qwark's Vidcomic series VOlL1, Qwark says he fights Robotic Pirate Ghosts but the narrator calls him out by saying it's complete bogus but in Quest for Booty Ratchet does fight Robotic Pirate Ghosts ?

Captain slag looks a lot like long John silver in Treasure Planet. Both wear a jacket, both have arms that turn into things, and if you look closely, slag's limb on his right side look more mechanical than those on his left, resembling long john silver's robotic limbs
I really like that they added Space Pirates to R & C TOD I had more fun with the Pirates than killing Tachyons lame fish bowl henchmen. I wish I could play Quest For Booty for more Space Pirates but its DLC why can't it be a physical copy its easier purchase.
Has anyone noticeed why main villians are in charge, look how they attack and think what their minions can only do. I mean look Captain Slag he has laser hooks, an electric hammer arm, and he can breath fire from drimking grog. Would you mess with someone like that in reality?
Im guessing in Rift apart slag died at the hands of emperor nefarious wich is why Pete eventually helps the rebellion. I dont know i havnt played the game or heard anything on slag and since either the roles reverse or there is another version of in Rift apart instead of them not existing so im guessing slag had to exist aswel in the past maybe.

that was quest for booty. you're right in the name "blackstar armor" but it's referring to the one that died in deadlocked.
Actually I think QfB's armor was the scavenger one and the ToD was the blackstar armor as obtainable

The Slag from Ratchet's dimension has retired, and is now a beatboxer on planet Kortog. We don't know what happened to the other Slag though.
