Dizzy's Instant Kill is unique because it uses an alternate (rather bizarre) input: Having a full Tension Bar, hold Down, then press Up, Back, Forward, Down+P and HS at the same time.
You forgot one. Gold Order-Sol has an overdrive called Flame Distortion. The input is the same as Sol's Dragon Install, and it gives you infinite tension and charge meter.
I can't believe Dizzy and Order Sol had specials, they r both so hard to do. I play it on ps3 and i can get the timing of which buttons to press nd stuff. I'm even more shocked to know Order Sol had 2 specials like WTF!!!!!

This game is amazing. I only "discovered" this series very recently, it's a shame that simplistic fighting games like Street Fighter got the spotlights even if they recycle the same style over and over, Street 4 is nothing more than a "remake" of Street 2, the heavy style and the slow pace is nearly identical. It was so refreshing to fight a final boss with infinite tension and shit, it made the fight epic.

wagnersalom She has one in accent core, (don't know about X2, though) it's right in the move list. But it's extremely hard to pull off, you need taunt to keep yourself from jumping during the inputs, and requires 100% tension, so it's pretty useless.

Some characters have specials or combos way more destructive than their 1HKOes. Sol's is quite boring, for example.
To me, it's a lot like Makoto's Astral Heat: punches the opponent several times at lightning speed then knocking them into the sky.
EX Order Sol's is his instant kill from Guilty Gear 1 on the PSX.
Bridget knocks you onto the Moon. Slayer knocks you into another universe...
...and Makoto knocks you into a random planet in space, then the planet gets crushed!

You need to unlock EX I-No, she has those as part of her moveset.
