You have the camera too close to your face. View the entire room and slow down.
Bro slow down on the panning. Way too fast and made me dizzy. Also hard to really take the house in like that.

Pretty house but the rooms are too small for the price.
Baby I mean this with all due respect, please film around your house and practice. Your moving the camera faster than your phone can focus. I got the spins. Another tip is ensure you can capture the entire room. Got bits and pieces of the kitchen, but not one clear, inclusive view and kitchens are always the porn of a good tour. Camera seemed too zoomed in or too close or something else.

How do you calculate the sqft of the house? In Ontario Canada, our listings are exclusive of basement sqft. Wondering if the 4650 is inclusive of basement?
Just liveable/air conditioned space is typically counted. We don’t have many basements in Texas but if they were complete and finished then it could be counted!
Most places don't count basements as square footage. Texas generally doesn't build too many homes with basements because there's a lot of swampy areas in the Houston area.
