Luxurious modern house. I would change two things - I would throw out the ugly gas stove and remove the logs from the ceiling in the playroom (this is already an anti-trend). If guests are placed in such a luxurious bedroom, then they will no longer be able to be sent home. 😉

Still, I don't like town houses. The area is small, a significant part is eaten up by stairs. Better apartment on one level. Here also the outdated design spoils the impression.

I can't imagine paying that much money for a home and having a backyard that your neighbors can see from their upstairs windows. At that price, I would want at least 5 acres for the privacy

Baby I mean this with all due respect, please film around your house and practice. Your moving the camera faster than your phone can focus. I got the spins. Another tip is ensure you can capture the entire room. Got bits and pieces of the kitchen, but not one clear, inclusive view and kitchens are always the porn of a good tour. Camera seemed too zoomed in or too close or something else. Beautiful home and thank you for the tour
