While this isn't my type of a game I respect how different it is and the effort put into it. Usually Namco tends to grab an anime game and just make it into a lazy arena fighter.
This looks like a fun relaxing summer game and look its not an arena fighter for once! Im hoping they include the English dub too.
I know that there not going to because most of the anime games Bandai Namco produced like One Piece and sword art online don’t have an English dub so this one might not
@@UnvalidID. Those two series are like the only ones from them that I'm aware of that dont ever get English dub. I prefer SAO in Japanese anyways so that doesn't bother me but My Hero Ultra Rumble has dub, Naruto, Dragon Ball the new JJK game all have dub. I'm hopeful that they have a dub or at least add it later. My Hero Ones Justice didn't have dub and then the second game did.
Nah, some anime games are just fine with only the Japanese dub, like DBZ, One Piece, Gundam, and of course this anime.

Nice to see anime games experimenting with genres that are not fighting for once. Good or bad this is a welcome change along side that Mario Party Demon Slayer game. I love a good fighting game but other genre would be nice to see more often
In this case, is a bad execution, a beat em' up would be great with some minigames like those, but should not be the whole game
@@HV6AZZ002 Tbh, we can't really say it's poor execution until we try the game ourselves, after all the game isn't even out yet for us to completely judge it.
Won't lie, this popped up in my feed and I saw Bandai Namco and my first thought was "How will they turn this series into a fighting game?"
I hope the game is successful. We need more than just arena fighters. I'll be doing my part to support it.

This game hitting the spot fr. Voice acting on point again as I've come to expect from Japan. Seiyuus over there are just build different.

There not so many cozy games out there so it is quite nice for once again afther ACNH so it works for player who want to take the time, they can always make a action version of Spy x Family at any point and we all know it

It would be better if we have an original story where anya became spy wannabe, the story itself begin with silly ones to the serious story near end.
The core of the game is where we play anya as a spy, they can also make her dog as the partner. While being spy in mission we can do all hiding, running, following clue, some actions or any other spy activities. Must be fun to play. They kinda wasted the opportunity with this.

My main concern is if there will be original "slice of life" moments not already shown in the anime or manga. My favorite thing about the series is the wholesome comedy. But if all the jokes and scenarios end up being abridged versions of the ones we have already seen, I won't be able to help but feel disappointed.
As much as i like the anime, the game has given me a second guess due to, the 2010 game with the name of; "Jujutsu *kaisen:* Cursed Clash"

Not happening Xbox only gets the anime fighting games and most of the higher budget titles. Anything else ignores xbox. Also Xbox sells incredibly poor in Japan, so going with what they know will sell is probably their best choice. It is what is, don't buy an xbox if you want Japanese games.

Legitimately disappointed that they're not getting the English voice cast for this. It makes this just another half-assed, unfinished, poorly localized anime game being tossed out into the west with no effort put into it's overseas production. Shame on Bandai Namco again. They show preferential treatment to Dragon Ball again and nothing else.
don't forget they are keeping up their horrible trend of making digital only releases
Have you took a look at My Hero One's Justice 2? They released that game sub only at launch, but later on they added the English dub in an update. I hope the same happens with this game

And not every game needs a mobile gacha tie-in that lasts less than a year, yet we get those anyway.
This game isn't my cup of tea, either, but at least it's something different and an actual complete game as opposed to something that'll be unplayable in a year or two.
