Is his EHCP finally going to be legal?

We finally had our long awaited EHCP review meeting with school and the local Council. After registering to take the EHCP to Tribunal in October 2022 (the hearing isn't until October 2023) because it didn't include any of Ryans health conditions, or come with adequate funding to provide what was written in it, I finally feel like we may be getting somewhere. But, as always, there are complications. So until I have it in writing and in my hand, I'm still going to be sceptical.
As you can probably tell by how I come across at the end of this video, I'm tired and feel defeated. This battle has and is taking everything out of me.
