I was at this concert.amazing, so merorable.seen floyd twice.seen so many great bands over the yrs.queen twicd, black sabbath,deep purple, bon jovi,aerosmith, original ac/dc,bryan adams.but floyd has the best light show by far. Unfotgetable.love ur reaction.x
Hi guys, this is the first 3 songs from Dark Side of the Moon, which they played in full in the Pulse concert without any gaps. It did seem to jump a few seconds after Speak To Me, which is really an intro to the album. Had the pleasure of going to this tour in Holland in 94. We didn't realise they were going to play the whole album. The plane flying in just topped it off lol cool reaction
That's due to it being the video uploaded by HDPinkFloydChannel - They've cut bits out of some of their uploads, possibly for copyright reasons, idk, but it does make for a sub-par experience when viewing their videos compared with the official channels videos.
I think the film was made by Storm Thorgerson from Hipgnosis who sadly past away, he also created most of the album covers, i was sitting in that gig back in 94 one of the best gigs ive seen
For me, Pink Floyd are and will be the best band ever, the Beatles made some great songs, but they don't create a state of mind, a vibe, plus their live concerts don't come close to Pink Floyd. And almost every Pink Floyd song is a masterpiece, So overall, I'm going to say it. Pink Floyd are the best
Glad you enjoyed it but yeah, its skips at the start maybe due to poor editing or because of YT copyright etc. There's a version of Another Brick in the Wall that skips too.
You could do either Atom Heat Mother or Echoes - both by Pink Floyd and both over 20 minutes. Or, if you fancy something completely different, then I would suggest the full version of Beethoven's Symphony No 6 (45 minutes)

Almost everything remastered has been damaged, and most remastered Pink Floyd criminally damaged. If the original is a well recorded product, then it will always be better than any remastered edition that has been put through a computer and pitch control. No one wants to hear Tom Jones, Jimmy Barnes or Janis Joplin sounding like a choir singer. Or blues guitar with the string bends “ corrected “.

They have NO bad songs, 5 decades.
