      Way to put the pressure on me... Haha!
      Obviously nano species that wont jump... Maybe some ember tetras, endlers, white cloud minnows would work. But the ember tetras would pop against the sand and green plants.

      MD Fish Tanks I have setup an aquarium with two manzanita driftwood at both sides with sand like your previous tank. I think I should start another aquarium with a scaping in the middle just like tank in this video 😂

    I wish I had seen this before I set up my 20 gallon. I always have a big mound somewhere, usually in a corner, to act as a natural filter. In the center would have looked nice but oh well. Yours looks amazing. I hope your plants explode. Not literally, of course.

      Cardinals would require a heater...which i could add at a later date if needed. I thinking i will need lots of small fish though to be honest to simulate a shoal in a sea.

    Yeah man i love your scapes, i have a few tanks going, large medium you know how they breed, i just started a no filter/fertz small tank myself after inspiration from you, yeah you so well done, thing with small ones is you can rescape them cheap and more often aye, keep up the vids, oh yeah where do you get a tank that shape and size in this vid?

      The tank is meant for baby turtles. But I think it's perfect for a shallow tank.

    I see you used mini bolbitis! I have it too but I super glued it to a rock and its completely submerged...it's barely grown and gets lots of little brown dead bits at the end. It only recently started sprouting healthy roots and it's been at least 3 months since I first added it. Any tips for mini bolbitis?

      I would like to see a little more info on lighting. I’ve seen some scapes ruined by overbearing lighting. It makes a huge difference. Are there different angles lighting is placed or is it always straight down? Novice here....

    Marc, you have planted the Dwarf hair grass in soil as the substrate is fully inside the beach... How will the grass get the nutrients as there is no substrate in the beach?

    Can you raise fish in that tank? And if so, will the superglue and silicone be harmful for the fish?

      Yes you can and no. The silicone is aquarium silicone and superglue becomes inert in water

    Dude you can use GE 100 percent silicone it's the same as the aquarium silicone and it's cheaper SerpaDesign uses it

      As said in the video. With larger tanks, I always start with a little micro filter whilst the plants settle / clear the mist from the sand and then remove

      Lol. Just a soil additive. I class ferts in the traditional sense as maintenance. I.e having to add something every day
