She left her agency. That being said, the second Heaven's Feel movie seems to have her soundtracks, so it is not clear how she sorted things out with ufotable. Hopefully she made all the necessary tracks before leaving *finger crossed*

Edit: I guess this just goes to show how immersive Yuki Kajiura's composition can be. Specially when it's so masterfully placed in accordance with its scenes. (UBW had some amazing tracks too, but nearly all of them were either unused or forgotten due to the least interesting ones taking place)
UBW's score was unique as it was more a movie score with not reusing every track in episodes like F/Z (still love that score though) It went with the series flow, had motifs for Rin , Shirou, Archer, Gilgamesh , Illya, Saber , Caster, and had VN remixes unlike Kujira

It's the opposite actually. Assassin is only good at one thing: remaining hidden to kill other masters. He will always lose 1 vs 1 even with the weakest servant. Even his noble phantasm requires a huge opening for it to work.
