@@Gio_Dudee I installed them on my 2019 Malibu and the resistor did not help. It still had the backup camera on while in park. Does anyone know what to do about this?

Kinda odd that you have to wire a resistor on a backup bulb, just for the backup camera.
Did you need a resistor at all?
I didn't do this work, just odd the video says to wire a resistor because of the backup camera.

I think you do need it I tried installing some on my 2022 and the back up camera turned on while in park
