You guys must have ordered too many Starlink’s! 😂 Starlink has now removed the $100 discount for all of the US. That was the shortest promotional period ever, just one day! Now Starlink is the $349 MSRP throughout the US, with a $100 congestion fee added for some areas.

@@StarlinkHardware Yes, that seems typical of Home Depot inventory. Luckily, my Home Depot's inventory showing 3x Standard kits in stock was accurate. I just picked up a kit and overnighted it to a coworker in Georgia, who is still without home internet thanks to Helene.

Hi, I am thinking about buying the Standard right now. It's $249 here in Vegas. Question , It appears that I will have to sign up for the monthly right away of $120, However I don't plan on using it monthly. Any Ideas as to how to avoid this charge? I saw another Video that indicated I could cancel and start at different places while on the road., Is this still True?
It's still in a testing phase, with only a few people being invited to try it out. Based on the results of that test, they will either scrap the idea or prepare for a wider rollout.
Go to Starlink.com where you will find the different service plans. For consumers, there is Residential and Roam which are in the menu on the main page.
So the BIGGER MORE EXPENSIVE DISH WITH SEPARATE ROUTER is now EVEN CHEAPER than the smaller, more compact, integrated router mini version. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! I so want a Mini but not for the egregious $599 price tag, ESPECIALLY knowing the full size dish is so cheap.
Eventually it will. When the Gen 3 Standard dish launched it took about 6 months for the discounts to start. As for the Mini, it all depends on how well it is selling. If they are flying off the shelf, the $599 price will stick around. When demand drops off, Starlink will look at promotions to increase demand.
what is the easiest way to get an installation team to put my antenna on my roof - even though I have already ordered my starlink standard 3 kit for area zip 30809.
Excellent video! Question: Can I have a residential system and pay monthly for roam. Then, when I loose by home cable / cell service, upgrade to residential unlimited. Then when I have cable service back, change back from residential to roam? Thank you!
Yep! The equipment is identical so it worths with both plans. The only thing to note here is that the change from a lower priced plan to higher priced plan will be instant (Residential to Roam). But the change from a higher priced plan to lower (Roam to Residential) will occur at the start of your new billing period, so not instant.
@@StarlinkHardware When you say ‘change from lower priced plan to higher priced’ and then say (residential to roam) are saying residential ($120) to roam ($165)? @@MrDaveS61 Right now it looks like they aren't letting people order the Standard dish with the $50 Roam plan. You can still switch to the $50 plan later, though.
