The UE Series speakers all favor mid-highs and highs in comparison to their competitors. I find though that when boosted, the UE speakers at 100% sound more muddled- their drivers don't handle bass as well at 100% volume, thus the clarity between the sound frequencies derogates creating that muddiness I spoke of.

Emmanuel Olukareh same here since Willington does have A quality mix that you can actually distinguish the different sounds between the units. The XB60 has no chance though just like the XB90, they look good (Not as good as the PartyBox series) but they lack in frequency response, smh 🤦🏽♂️ big ass song speakers tuned like the JBL Flip 3 & JBL fixed that issue when they released the Flip 4 which was tuned right, if you want a Sony speaker you have better time sticking with their smaller units the (XB31, 32, XB40, XB41) etc those actually sound good and are tuned properly. Other than that I agree to to have a videos of those 2 versus 🆚 each other, you’ll see (size does matter) but also depends on how the speakers 🔊 🔊 are tuned
Would love to see you review the Diamond Boxx, I know they are in alot higher price bracket but the word is it's worth it 👍 Cute kids you have there also, got to love them
Hyperboom vs Partybox 100: For the over-all sound, the partybox is a no brainer but kudos for the hyperboom since its quite good especially with the driver placement. Xb60 vs Partybox 100: Sony has definitely no chance at all. Hyperboom vs Boombox 2: That would be something to look forward to in the next vids. 👍
Yeah I returned the hyperboom because the bass seemed overwhelming, the partybox has a more treble which is what I like & also bass so I will try partybox 100
Had two since August almost a year....sounds great and all but you have to have it plugged in to get the full sound...it looses oomph without the ac power chord
I had two PB100s and they would not stay paired together at all. There was delay and there was wierd consistent volume drops. They sounded nice but could not stay paired. JBL support was no help. Many reviews where ppl who own 2 will tell you this. If you are just getting 1 its pretty good value. I do disagree with it being a beyyer sounding speaker though. I ended up with 2 hyperbooms which are on BT 5.0. They pair well and the sound is so much more spacious and filling. The PB100 is bassier but the hyperboom just sounds more spacious, balanced and slightly less muddy. Just my opinion with the time I spent with both, but I love my hyperbooms so much more than the 100s.
I hope this summer JBL....partybox comes out with a speaker that doesn't need AC chord to get fuller deeper bass.....i love mine just wish it had the same power without the chord plugged in.

You have great comparison videos, the sound is really good. I really want to get a partybox 100 for my service truck
I modified my UE Hypreboom for more bass
1. Tuned the passive radiator To 45hz By putting tape
2. Poweramp EQ: Reduced mid and mid bass, increased deep bass
I've just got a hyperboom could you send me more details about your mods please.
Also nice test wanted to know how it would compare to a jbl and I was right I picked the right speaker hyper boom
i want to see that battle between the partybox and the sony🙌
Not even a race
Sony is shit compared to UE and JBL. It's like comparing OPPO to Samsung and Apple.
Would love to see you review the Diamond Boxx, I know they are in alot higher price bracket but the word is it's worth it 👍
Cute kids you have there also, got to love them
Hyperboom vs Partybox 100: For the over-all sound, the partybox is a no brainer but kudos for the hyperboom since its quite good especially with the driver placement.
Xb60 vs Partybox 100: Sony has definitely no chance at all.
Hyperboom vs Boombox 2: That would be something to look forward to in the next vids. 👍
Boombox 2 doesnt have a chance against hyperboom. Bass is on a whole different level
@@nicemax9310 boombox is smaller
UE sounds very boomy and more wider sound stage, though I find JBL sounds better to me and even has deeper bass
Yeah I returned the hyperboom because the bass seemed overwhelming, the partybox has a more treble which is what I like & also bass so I will try partybox 100
I'm getting the PB 100
It's a great speaker
U made a great choice
Great choice i have a partybox 100 too
Had two since August almost a year....sounds great and all but you have to have it plugged in to get the full sound...it looses oomph without the ac power chord
I prefer the JBL party box 100, sounds loud, deeper bass and cheaper
Great video, thank you! Could you please tell me something about the background music at 09:00, sounds good. Thanks a lot.
This is one of your best videos it will be cool if you do a video of boombox vs partybox
I want the battle of the jbl and the sony💯💯
Let's see what Sony has👀
Sony is the best
@@כיסוףרפאל 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Xb60 lost to boombox there is no Chance
😂😂
@@gabrielwembi808 there isn't any lower bass in xb60
UE HYPERBOOM IS WAY BETTER SOUNDING....PAIR 2 AND EVEN BETTER👍😎👍
a little hard to tell, it seems that the hyperboom is higher sound quality and cleaner but the partybox is louder, but i'm not sure how significantly louder the partybox is. please let me know
The hyperboom has all around better sound. Plus the features make it the better speaker. Put both of these in your little apartment and see which one sounds better. I know it’s hyperboom
Party box 100 is a GO for me
Please sound battle jbl 100 vs jbl 310
I LOVE the sound quality of my Hyperboom. Plenty loud enough for my home and playground use. The big problem for me is it feels so fragile being fully covered by fabric. I'm wondering If the JBL Partybox would be encore would be a better outside solution for me since I don't want the size of the 100 on my bicycle.
You are my awesome big bro!❤️
9:49 BEST PART
Partybox
Stills win IMO
You'll notice when you use headphones
You can feel the air passing tru your ears
Hello, if you had to choose 2 among the 3, what would be your choice between the Partybox 110, EU Hyperboom and the tribet Stormblast, please because I am lost. thank you in advance
4:48 how much bass to put in the new pb100?
JBL: Yes.
That right there puts the ue into shadows.
bass is one thing , sound quality is another and clearly the jbl sounds less detailled then detailled then the hyperboom
Smokey well that’s your opinion, i believe the pb is way better. As you can clearly tell by my comment.
@@phoenixyt124 your comment says and proves nothing. The partybox's bass is WAY overpowering, which most people don't want. This is where the hyperboom comes in however.
@@beatsforbed9843 seems like you know nothing about people then. Who wants muddy bass? Well not me.
@@phoenixyt124 your just assuming now that BASS is everything which it clearly isn't, I can't stand booming, deep bass for long periods, it really gets on my nerves. That is the main reason I like the hyperboom more, no overpowering bass blaring at you but it still has SOME bass. End of.
I think it also comes down to portability.. coz one you can easily take with you and can take a splash of water no problem.. pb100 if you’re not gon be using it out of the house much
Can you in the next video please compare the Hyperboom with the Boombox 2? :D
Hyperboom is better
U gotta think about the fact that the partybox has all its speakers going towards the front and the hyperboom isn’t. And u can adjust the audio too.
Dude nice video, I like the quality of your videos and the sound is good too, I would like to see a comparison between the partybox 100 and the Bose s1 pro if that is possible. I hope this quarantine period will soon be gone, this battle between bose and jbl should be made outside like in a park or in the woods. Keep up the good work and stay safe!🙏🏼🖐🏼
I am considering getting a Partybox 100 but the mids and highs sound thin/distant to my ears. Can you recommend a speaker in a similar price range that has a fuller sound in the highs and mids? Thanks for your videos ! :) ur kids are so cute. hehehe
I read a review apparently the hyperboom was better than the jbl310. I find that very very to believe.... Any suggestions.
Ay I'm back to your channel, nice to see you bought the partybox :)
Perfect size, great bass and well balanced = Hyperboom... you won't complain. .... but if you want deep bass n balanced sound then partybox 100 is unbelievable but it's bigger then Hyperboom.
For me my portable to go is Hyperboom but at home or a party then partybox 100 baby .. it will make u smile !
JBL ofc...there is no competition
@Theory 09 the partybox 100 is cheaper ^^
this is like trying to view and rate TVs screen by viewing the display via a TH-cam video that you are viewing most likely on your phone.
Which should I buy jbl Party box 110 or ue hyperboom?
The bass is just so underrated on the partybox
More like on the hyperboom the bass is underrated, the bass is overrated on the partybox what are you on
@@timpark13 I love deep and strong bass
@@timpark13 Im a fan of bass
@@youtubewolf6951 yea im a fan of bass too as I listen to old school rap, but too much bass can sound really annoying like you know what I'm saying
@@timpark13 yes I understand what you're trying to say
Both are basically providing the same at 60% with PB 100 having a more real bass feel
Would really love to see a review with the hyperboom vs Sonos 5
Now what's the difference between JBl party 100 vs the 200? Bc the partybox200 is selling for 228.00 USD at BJ's right now...
How does hyperboom compare to partybox 300? It's the exact same price right now in Canada? Any thoughts?
Please all jbl speakers vs all ue speakers
If take the hyperboom because it's smaller for travel purposes and I can link all my megabooms with it. If go with a bigger JBL if I was gonna purchase one of those hust for use at home around pool.
I want a battle if the boombox and the hyperboom
Was the partybox plugged in for this sound battle?
How much lower can the party box go? Not rated response lol, but from your tests
