I know im late, but i genuently think nightmare is at the point of busted. since hes bugged. I don't know how he gets his health back, but i think its his papyruses. Now problem is you can't kill the paps, resulting in him at like 200 hp going back to 525, still possible but stupid

You probably already beat d7, but just to make sure, you can use flame eye to kill him easily, staff of unhealing or flame eye + snowball
