You also can try 1280x600 resolution cause the aspect ratio keep at 16:9 so it keep with good aspect and you will have more fps.

you can play at 720p low settings and you will get 30+ fps

play in full screen mode and in search bar type graphics settings and from settings select game application and set it to high performance. Also from power options set it to maximum performance
