To ensure that the wire length is sufficient, make sure to take 6.5ft in each wire instead of 6ft. Based on the wire type, seems the 6ft wire is not sufficient for some of the users. To be on the safer side, please take 6.5 ft.

Same as normal wire bag. After the length, just put knot in the side wires - Refer to th-cam.com/video/bKfnrsFQiLQ/w-d-xo.html
Just that if previous knot is box knot, next knot should be reverse box knot and vice versa. Let me know if you need any more help.

No. Side wires, we weave only when it comes to the height. But previously cut wires, we weave even for the width and so it takes would consume some wire. So after you complete the base, the side wire and cut wire lengths would be more or less the same
