@mcnealsgarage I just ordered my terminator x system now I just got to figure out my stock wiring to keep the gauges working and I'm going to put ac back in it
I’m not sure of the part number. I went to Napa and asked for an IAT. Made sure it had the correct connector, then put it in the intake. If you google LS IAT, there are a few that come up. I think Holley sells them for $30 or so
Find the relay for the starter from the OBS fuse box, look on the back side of it where all the wires are and find the purple wire attached to it. That is the purple wire to run to the starter
The size of the hole needed for the firewall is ridiculous. I had to feed mine through from the front of the harness on the interior through the hole, and then dig grind the hole, bigger on a freshly painted firewall. also sickening how much they charge for this harness and it doesn’t include include any wiring for the alternator
I was able to just use the one wire alternator wire from factory harness. I used the bulkhead on the passenger side and it worked fine for me. You could get away with the factory pcm and cheaper standalone, but we haven’t used terminator yet and wanted to try it.
cost about the same as a wiring harness/ecu with a tune so why not go with something better. plus not everyone can dump 20k into a 20k truck some of us like old simple cheap trucks and still want to have fun
Looking forward to seeing the more in-depth wiring video.
Coming in the next couple weeks. Should be on the road by the weekend
Waiting for the first drive video.
Well the fuel pump went out today. Gotta get that fixed
Great Job!
Looking good
Do you have a video of you wiring up your stock wires?
I originally was going to do that, but figured the terminator screen takes care of anything I need so I put that by the wayside

Where does the green fuel pump wire from the holley go to on the truck wiring to kick on fuel pump?
I took the fuel pump wire from the fuse box and connected it there. That way there is still a relay in the circuit for the fuel pump
What did you use for the intake air temp sensor? Do you have a part #? TIA

Thank you much appreciated
Is there anyway you could tell me where to find the purple wire you ran to the starter?

@@mcnealsgarage thanks man
Would that be burnouts in Orchard Hill, Mexico?😊😊
I would say it would be on Shoestring
What did you do with the factory ecu?
Threw it away. Don’t need it
Did you happen to get the air conditioning working on the truck
Not yet. I bought the bracket to mount the compressor, but haven’t gotten there het
What was that about tha purple wire & the lock out again
The purple wire is your brake signal wire. You connect that to the tcc wire from the Holley
How is that ECU running ? I’m trying to Oder here soon for my wife’s 99 Tahoe. About to get this 6.0 back from the shop
Haven’t had any issues since installing. Been driving it everyday for a few months
@@mcnealsgarage thanks. Considering to buy it
Did you have to run the green wire to the fuel pump?
Which green wire? I left the factory starter wiring alone except for adding the extender. It is still running factory wiring
@@mcnealsgarage for whatever reason my fuel pump wont cut on. I left the factory obs harness in so i figured that would still kick the pump on.
I thought maybe you had to run the green wire off of the holley terminator harness to the fuel pump
@@austintalman4954in the same boat did you figure it out?
The wire for the fuel pump from the terminator I connected to the wire going to the fuel pump relay from the factory obs harness

Why would you use a ECU that cost more than the Truck?? 😂😂😂 OMG. 🤡
We have never used the terminator x system and we have big plans for this truck
