I went here a few years ago before the pool was redone, it looked pretty much the same as it did when it was Butlin's Pwllheli. I do like what they've done to it, and I really want to check it out if we ever go to Hafan Y Mor again.
I’ve only been there the once when I did the video, I thought the pool was brilliant though it’s the best pool out of all the havens I’ve visited. Thank you for watching my video I’m trying to grow my channel 😊👍
I'm going with my family in September and this is the first video that shows the entirety of the pool, I was worried they may have removed the little rapid circuit section but it's still there! Granted, I'm a whole adult now but I still love a wave pool and some good ol' rapids.
The memories i love them yet really miss them i want to go back 11 years ago just to experience it again

This place is one of the best haven holiday parks going yes it’s in the middle of no where but the campsite it amazing

It will be 30 years this July since I was there when it was Butlins. I remember riding on the quads, the cable cars and going to the cinema to see Dick Treacy. The pool layout is pretty much the same as it was then save for a few tweaks. Great memories! :)
It sounds like it was great back then too. A nice trip down memory lane. The pool is great in that Haven. As the old saying goes if it’s not broke, don’t fix it. Thanks for watching 👍

im there oct 12th cant wait, first time taking my kids here, fortunately il be staying at my mum n dads lodge bh.webdesign25.co.uk/listing/hafan-y-mor-a-frame-lodge/ this is 1 of 2 they own and rent out. p.s its cheaper to rent a lodge then a caravan directly through haven.

Sarah Crawley this is best best pool that we’ve had at any of the havens we’ve visited. We’ve not long come back from Golden Sands in Mablethorpe which I am going do a video about but the pool there wasn’t up to much and freezing because they said the heating was broke 👎Please feel free to subscribe if you would be interested in watching it, I’m trying to grow my channel 😊

Ah yes, hafan y mor. I used to work there. It's a lot like the gulag in the former Soviet Union. Only without any sense of hope.

Was there a height /age requirement for the flumes or that big slide
I can’t remember but I don’t think so. On the flumes you had be be accompanied by an adult if you were little but kids could go on it from what I remember.
They ruined the big slides when they removed the big deep water at the end
I’ve only been there once and never got to go on the big slides because I had a toddler. Have they only just changed the deep water at the end?
Ellisio Travel yes when they did it up they made them more child friendly you don’t drop into a deep pit of water anymore
Dam so there use to be a big deep pool at the end of the 3 flumes ? I've been there few times last few years and I luv them 3 flumes and I didn't know they changed the bottom bit .how deep was the pool ?

The special effects are amusing for the first two seconds. Then get really boring, very quick. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should keep doing it.
I found the effects really good put a smile on my face but we all like different thing and that’s ok
When I went a fat woman slid down the slide and splashed everyone who was in the seating area
been to the one in scotland when i was a teenager hated it and boring was nothing memorable about it for me i would have rather stayed at home then gone to it never again 🥱
