I have a soft spot for Asu because I love her color scheme and I like her short hair and different body type, there are ten rivals, at least one may have these characteristics to give some variety, Osoro has a bigger body like Asu but they all have longer hair(Amai is the only exception, but Asu's hair is still shorter than her's), and it's really practical for sports.
I LOVE THESE SMMMM, also i totally see Oka as someone who has those deep doll like eyes that makes other ppl get cheeped out by her and some even calling her a ghost

ahhh i love your art style so much. it feels like itd be great in like a graphic novel that has a simplistic yet extremely touching and memorable storyline. you put so much character into these characters (lol) and make them feel like real people!!! especially oka, she reminds me SO much of a girl who used to be in my class. she looks like such a quiet weird girl lol its great.
I love your redesigns, they just look so more accurate than the original ones ^^ I love the kind of tooth gap you gave to Asu, I think this gives something special to her smile, and basically it's super cute. Oka also looks super adorable, her hair, expression, posture.. everything fits her so well, plus I agree so much with you giving her a longer skirt, cause I always thought this was kinda out of character to give her a super short skirt like she has in the game... I guess this would make her feel so uncomfortable and all x) also I agree on the fact it's kinda weird to have an occult club at school, so I was thinking about something. Why wouldn't she be part of the library/literature club instead ? like not being the president, but just a regular member, and she likes to read ancient gothic literature. and maybe she also has a thing for occult but only as a hobby by herself, as you said.
Love these designs, they fit. A little nitpick based on personal preference, bit I would have liked if Asu's short hair was kept but with more depth so it wasn't as flat. Loved it none the less❤
i love you designs so much, to me, the rivals are so much better when its fanon because people actually give them a in depth personality and stuff, in canon they just feel like a "oh new girl, kill her, move on" but when you make these such amazing designs and give depth to their character, and make them actually likeable not just for their design but also personality.

THESE ARE ADORABLE 🎉 A little thing I always imagined whenever Oka would be released (which is likely never 😔), is that if we as the player can get our social reps up, we have manipulated multiple students over the course of the last few weeks, and our “seduction” rates are high (god I hate that word…) we can emotionally manipulate Oka into leaving Taro alone. Especially with your re-write of Oka I think this elimination would be perfect as she enjoys Taro’s affections, but if she sees Ayano, a girl she may view as a friend if we do a task for her, she’ll feel bad and stop hanging out with Taro for us
Dear Lord, why is it that the original version of Oka has a blush so strong, it's the first thing that draws my eye when looking at her from afar? Also, one thing I notice with your style (take this with a grain of salt because I'm not a professional) is the proportions kind of make them look more like middle-schoolers than 17-18 years old. Not necessarily a criticism because it works well with your style, but it did draw my attention.
I used the wrong photo for my drawing ref, they all have blush like that in the secondary character art in the intro trailer. I am not a fan. Also yeah I agree but I feel that highschoolers to me mostly look like this and I mostly create in my own image and I am a small 20 yr old so hopefully it makes sense! And thank u

I think a male rival would’ve been interesting. Not even making senpai gay or bi but maybe they take senpais time away from school and Ayano finds that bad. Maybe the rival would be against dating, convincing senpai to never settle down scaring ayano. It would’ve limited you as you cannot go into the male facilities. The best way to get “rid” of him is the suitor elimination
Occult clubs aren't really viewed as taboo in Japan bc they have a different view on it than westerners do, so Oka being in an occult club would be fine and normal
