Rai Azizullah Khan has displayed the Ganga Sagar all over the World,including Australia where in Melbourne,thousands time came to see and touchthe Ganga Sagar.
As the present head of the Rai family,Rai Azizullah Khan has stressed that the real significance of the Ganga Sagar is entirely in the fact that it has touched
Guru Gobi d Singh Ji'pavitarhands.He then went bon to say that as far as he and his family are concerned,the significance of a gift from the Guru would have been
exactly the same if the Guru had given them the gift of a pot of clay (mitti) instead .Rai Azizullah has won the hearts of crowds through his humility sincerity and
respect for the Guru,the Ganga Sagar and the Sikh community.The Rai family,throughout the generations has shown fearless love and respect towards thr Guru,even with
the obvious risk of serious reprisals from the rulers of the day.In this sense,the Ganga Sagar is a symbol of love that transcends the artificisal boundaries of
religion,race or casteand this is the essence of Guru Gobind Singh Ji'slife andteachings.
A stand-out memory for Azizullah,which he relates with much fondness,is when he first set fool at Amritsat,2004.Herecalls, As soon as we began our journey in a
carriage,for Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple),a Sikh man ran up to me and gave me a small wrapped gift.I opened it and it was The Holy Quran,he says,with a tear
in his eye. That is what Ganga Sagar truly symbolises-the love and respect we gave eachother as humans,regardless of our religion or race.I truly hope that this love and respect
can surpass all other artificial barriers,and build strong bridges between our two countries as well.

1 Mokal Chand (Mokalsi)
He was a Manj Rajput decendant of Jaisal of Jaisalmer,Rajasthan.He founded Faridkot (Mokalhar)in Punjanin the 12th Century.Ref: The City of Faridkot.past & Present 1976 by

2 Rai Tulsi Das (Rai Sirajuddin)
4th Generation of Mokal Chand.Heembraced Islam in 1323 and was henceforth named Rai Sirajuddin also known as Sheikh Chachu.He founded the Village of Chakar,in the
tehsil Jagraon in Punjab the same year
3 Rai Kalha 1
4th Generation of Rai Sirajuddin .He was given land for services rendered to the emperor Alauddin and founded Talwandi Rai in dist. Ludhiana in 1478.
4 Rai Kamaludiin 1
6th Generation of Rai Kalha 1.Grandfather of Rai Kalha 2.Rai Khalha 3 was his 6th generation descendant.
5 Rai Ahmed
Grandson of Rai Kalha 2.Founded Jagraon dist.Ludhiana in 1648.
6 Rai Kamaluddin 2
Father of Rai Kalha 3.Founded Jagraon dist.Ludhiana in 1680.
7 Rai Kalha 3
The only son of Rai Kamaluddin 2. As a Muslim Cheif in 1705,he had the honorof extending hospitality and seva toGuru Gobind Singh Ji who wasbeing followed by the forces of
Emperor Aurangzeb.In appreciation and gratitude of this gesture,the Guru presented Rai Kalha 3 with the Ganga Sagar ,a sword and a rehal.

8 Rai Muhammad
The only son of Rai Kalha 3
9 Rai Aliyas
The only son of Rai Muhammad.Died in 1802 while on a hunt near Jagraon.He was issueless.
10 Noor-Un-Nissa & Rani Bhagbhari
Mother and Widow,respectively,of Rai Aliyas ,took charge of the territory after his death 1802.Rani Bhagbhari ruled until her death in 1854.
11 Rai Imam Baksh
The nephew and adopted son of Rani Bhagbhari and Rai Aliyas.The Rani nominated him as her successor.He died in 1886.

12 Rai Faiz Talab Khan (1848-1900)
The eldest son of Rai Imam Baksh and was successor to his father as the Chief of the Rai Family of Raikot.Ref:Chiefs of Punjan 1890.
13 Rai Inayat Khan (1877-1953)
The only son of Rai Faiz Talab Khan. Succeeded his father as the Chief.Ref:Chief of Punjab 1909 & 1940.President of Raikot Municipal Committee 104.Hon.
Magistrate and Hon. Civil Judge,Sub-Registrar tehsil Jagraon 1912-1937.He migrated to Pakistan in 1947.
14 Rai Faqirullah Khan (1930-1958)
The only son of Rai Inayat Khan.He migrated to Pakistan in 1947 with his father.
15 Rai Azizullah Khan (Born 1951)
The only son of Rai Faqirullah Khan.Lost his mother and father at the ages of 4 and 6.He was brought up by his grandmother.Heis a former Member of Parliament
of Pakistan.He is the present custodian of the Ganga Sagar and the 9th generation since Rai Kalha 3.He is married to daughter of Rai Muhammad Iqbal of Talwandi Rai MLA 1945.
16 Rai Mohammad Ali Khan (Born 1989)
The only son of Rai Rai Azizullah Khan.He has a son ,Rai Muhammad Salahuddin Khan
17 Rai Muhammad Salahuddin Khan (Born 2023)
