I'm curious how many people in the audience actually knew what RATM was actually saying? I know when I was 16 in 1993 and saw them at Lollapalooza, I didn't really understand. But now, at 43, I'm very aware and more supportive than ever of their messages. It makes me kinda sad that some of those kids grew up to hate, and to actively be against what RATM stood for. And Tom Morello going all Hollywood on a small business coffee shop in Seattle and then getting absolutely schooled by the owner is hilarious. All that being said, most underrated rhythm section. Love the music, but cant take them seriously when it costs $150 or more for for a lawn seat to see them in concert. Viacom against the machine!
