Many thanks to those of you who have reached out.
My goal is to understand more about long COVID, and I hope to conduct some patient interviews to understand the extent of the condition.
It will NOT be a medical consultation where I would provide any treatment recommendations.
If my interviewees agree, I may also share that on my channel. Certainly, we can do an interview without making it public. I completely understand and respect individual privacy.
Is this type of interview interest you? You may use the following link to schedule a meeting with me.
    calendly.com/drhongpharmacy/30min
Due to my daytime job, I can only have time slots in the evening outside of normal business hours on the East Coast (US).
If the calendar is overbooked, I can add more availabilities.
Many thanks again for your continued support!

all post viral conditions are caused by low atp levels ,take 2 x 1000mg caps liposomal vit c every hour for 12 hours a day do that each day untill symptoms are gone, high dose liposomal vit c raises the atp level fast ,within hours of taking the first couple of doses the immune system will calm right down, this is the end of any post viral condition

Every single person I know who has “long covid “ experienced long covid symptoms after the vaccine but refuse to make the link. It’s so weird. Very few of the people pushing the vaccine have shown regret. A friend of mine told me she has developed a heart condition from covid (according to her doctor). She had covid 2 years ago! But has had 3! vaccines and didn’t consider the likely chance that it was something she’s done in the past 3 months rather than something that happened 2 years ago. She’s an exceptionally smart woman. The propaganda runs deep….

Like so many others, I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and Heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth Hospital. I’m waitressing but not making nearly enough to make ends meet. Even though I’m struggling putting groceries in my refrigerator, and paying bills. I will trust in Jesus. My husband died years ago. I’m a single mother with two children both of my sons are autistic, So it can be overwhelming. Every month is a struggle, to not end up on the streets. But I will continue to call upon Jesus. Fasting can help get you over the damage and remove any remaining virus. Some of the many benefits of fasting and a lower carb whole food diet on the immune system, blood pressure, blood sugar and anti-aging, all backed up by clinical data:
Fribrosis/scarring is reversed. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria and viruses by the immune system.
Blood pressure is quickly and dramatically lowered, which is very important for a good outcome with the current pandemic.
Fasting increases nitric oxide, which has manifold postive effects like reducing arterial plaque.
Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods.
Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy!
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
Fasting is beneficial for all infections but especially for viral infections:
      th-cam.com/video/hriuvUjOTM0/w-d-xo.html
Is fasting just the same as caloric restriction? No! Dieting increases the hunger hormone ghrelin while fasting decreases it and has many other health benefits! th-cam.com/video/sVl-nilhWLc/w-d-xo.html
      What breaks a fast? th-cam.com/video/7aRLsCpxy3o/w-d-xo.html
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it and builds muscle!
      th-cam.com/video/fJUDucBWv4s/w-d-xo.html
Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility especially in women with PCOS.
Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate! th-cam.com/video/BeC_gIR2Z14/w-d-xo.html
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, it never uses mainly glucose for fuel and using glucose for fuel is very biochemically damaging! th-cam.com/video/Nf1jwMbvNxw/w-d-xo.html
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses.
Fasting can make you gain muscle faster: th-cam.com/video/5RM8GRzsIIg/w-d-xo.html
Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
Your body releases interferon which is also triggered by the body during viral attacks to shut down the replication ability of the surrounding cells and stop infections.
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body actually recycles large numbers of immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire system.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging.
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Dieters losing weight through intermittent fasting show greater reduction in waist size and increase in insulin sensitivity for the same weight lost and alternate day fasters were shown to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time over a six month period.
Fasting reverses metabolic syndrome, which is tightly correlated to Chronic Fatiguque Syndrome, high blood pressurecancer and many other chronic diseases.
Fasting has been shown to increase bone marrow volume by 10% and levels of carnosine in the body in as little as a few weeks.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
Eating one meal a day can bring most of these benefits to a lesser degree, and adding a few entire days off from eating per week will have even more effect especially when starting to feel poorly.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

Hi Dr. I'm unvaxed. I have M.S. and refused the vax mainly because I needed to have more facts. I've learned that aspirating the needle is not done in this part of the world for any injections. I got M.S. shortly after the flu vaccine years ago. I tasted metal when I received shot. Which I've learned likely was caused by the vaccine hitting a blood vessel. I also learned 1 in 10 shots Hit a blood vessel in countries that aspirate. If which they throw it away and do it again. Makes me wonder why it's not done here. Especially for childhood vaccines. I read it's because it's easier in the child and less painful. I'm so angry about all of this. Possibly autism is caused by the 1 in 10 that hit a blood vessel. Thanks for all your videos. I learn a lot from you. LISA TAYLOR.

I don't have any other inside contact at all or close outside contact🤔 I've said all along that I believe autoimmune has something to do with long haul. Now, masks are going away in medical settings, Covid patients are not being separated from the rest of us and people like myself can't just live with being constantly infected and or long hauling😡 Almost 3 yrs that I haven't had a holiday meal with family, attended an indoor b-day party, visited family inside 4 walls, or been able to go anywhere or do anything recreational within the public. This also takes a huge toll on mental health. 😔 I know I've had enough of this crap. I'm supposed to be ticking off my bucket list instead of just trying to survive with any kind of quality of life. Somehow people need too come together and say we've had enough of this B.S. mistakes were made, it's time to eat crow pie and figure it out instead of continuing to this insanity. Definition of insanity... Keep doing the same thing and expect different results🙄 There is so much more I could share but not enough time to write the book here in the comments 🙄 oh yeah, I'm unvaxed. I don't think I'm getting back to normal without some breakthrough. I would like to address that the study at 6:32 has incorrect data published and most patients had not improved and none had recovered to my knowledge. One of the patients did an interview on Dr. Been's channel after it was put out (Brianne Dressen). Much more detail available there. People are not recovering from these issues in many cases.

If the mRNA vaccine includes a portion that is like virus and somehow the protein rings do not do what they have to do and keep multiplying would that not give you the symptoms of COVID 19. Some of the symptoms of COVID 19 and the vaccine side effects overlap which is odd.

    • @coreprime9552

My anxiety amped up just thinking about sharing on here...😳😰...exhale and breathe....
    Hi I'm Angel
I'm 61. I live in Gold Beach, Oregon USA. Itz a small coastal town on the Pacific Ocean. We moved here 2yrs ago. We, is my Furbaby dog, Brenna & me. She z my 💓 and the reason I'm still here.
I've been down in bed ill since October of last year. I got extremely stressed out and angry about a situation. And a migraine started. It was getting bad, I started getting nauseous. So I took my meds for migraine and nausea and went to bed. Ive been dealing with these since I was a kid. I know the drill well. Take the meds, get a Pepsi, go to bed, go to sleep and when I wake up the migraine and nausea will be gone.
I woke up the next day and I still had the migraine and nausea. And then All of my other health issues, activated flared up. IBS, Fibromyalgia, COPD, Lower Back Pain, The Bipolar and The Anxiety. January 2 this cough started and it was annoying, it got worse, I got cough drops and cough syrup.I started coughing really bad, the cough sounded really bad and I started having shortness of breath. And I'm like I think I have COVID. I went on line ordered COVID testing kits. They came did one of the tests...it was positive.
It was terrible. I would cough so hard that I couldn't breathe. I was scared that I would die and it would be days before anyone would know.
This is taking too long. I apologize. What I have is Long Vaxx Syndrome and Long COVID.

My heart beat was so fast I felt faint and out of breath- this lasted for about 6 months or so. Now back to normal. I WON'T and didn't have any boosters. My husband has, not problems for him. Had horrible palpitations, I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. This only lasted 2 weeks then I felt better...but it left me with severe insomnia( I never suffered from any sleep issues in my life) I would sleep for an hour every night for months. My life got better after I gave birth but I caught the omicron AGAIN in August. I have the same symptoms again but worse and now I'm getting spasms tremors. This past week she has developed an enlarged lymph node in her clavicle area. It’s visible to the eye. She has contacted her oncologist.

I I don't completely know all the information about that I haven't checked in about all of that and then my blood pressure absolutely was crazy as could be it's all over the place low extremely high and so she wanted to put me on a medication and and the migraine has been constant since October. it's just weird!!! she put me on another inhaler thinking that it was just my asthma acting up everything was just you know being absolutely crazy so in a way as it on one side it's good to know what is happening what's going on and there's also like I I don't want to be like this I want to be up I have things to do that I want to do! I can get from my bed to the bathroom and I'm absolutely exhausted and gasping for breath it's just absolutely insane absolutely insane I can't believe I absolutely was ADAMANT and I WAS NOT TAKING THE SHOT AT ALL!!! I got pressured to get the shot by a person in my life... I caved in and I got the shot and I got horribly horribly ill I was so ill from that shot so sick it was horrible absolutely horrible and I was like oh my God !!! I thought it's done over and then it came up that they were saying you had to get a booster shot and I was like there's no way I am not getting the booster!!! I am a super healthy 36 year old male life long jogger that got covid-19 back in December 2021 and 8 days after I tested positive I started having strong chest pain that got worse with mild physical activity. To make the long story short, I have seen various doctors and a cardiologist, had all sorts of tests done including a CT of the heart and my cardiovascular system was found to be in spectacular health. I did not experience a heart attack, myocarditis, pericarditis etc. Simply put , my chest pain could not be explained by medical science. Fortunately, it gradually went away after many months and now I am back to jogging 15-18 miles per week with no issues. Covid-19 sucks.

TL:DR Here’s my experience with “Post-Covid” Neurological Symptoms, as well as a very promising treatment that changed my life.
Since February of this year, I have dealt with a mystery neurological disorder that completely derailed my life. I have autism, but I was in my 2nd semester of college, and I was an adult that was able to function as well as anyone else I knew. Then, I got sick with Tonsillitis for a few weeks, and the neurological symptoms immediately hit me. They were the telltale signs of Post-Covid neurological disorders, but I had tested negative for Covid around 6 or 7 times within the span of the 2 weeks while I was sick. None of those were at-home tests, and one was performed at an ER. I ended up having to leave college at the end of February, because there was no chance of me passing any of my classes. For months I dealt with these neurological issues, and we couldn’t find any treatment. I’ve had every test in the book run, from an MRI, to an EEG, to more blood tests than most people will have in their entire life. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, I started to have weekly appointments with my Mom’s psychologist, who had been dealing with officially diagnosed Post-Covid neurological symptoms since February 2020. As we talked about our experiences, we realized how shockingly similar our symptoms were, even though there is almost a 0% chance I had Covid. We had both been dealing with various uncontrollable movements, and even those movements looked identical. We realized that we have the same issue, but with a different origin. Essentially, the neurological symptoms aren’t Post-Covid, they’re Post-Viral. Covid isn’t the only virus that causes these symptoms, it’s just the most publicized/well-known cause. If anyone reads this, and is dealing with these issues (the most common symptoms are brain fog, issues with decision making, issues with task completion, movements that can be manipulated but not controlled, etc), or knows anyone who struggles with these issues, there is a treatment available that has changed my life, and given me back everything that I lost. Less than 1 week ago, I received a procedure known as a “Stellate Ganglion Block”, along with an NAD Infusion. The doctor performing the procedure simply injected a medication into a specific part of my neck, and then had me stay on an IV for about an hour or so. Even just 5 minutes after the injection, I felt unbelievable. My head was clear. All of the symptoms that i had been dealing with up until 5 minutes prior were completely gone. My mom’s psychologist received the same treatment almost 1 week before me, and her results were the same. This treatment essentially turns your autoimmune system off and back on again. That’s it. It’s that simple. I have not experienced any side effects, aside from Horner’s Syndrome for about 6-12 hours afterwards, accompanied by various issues swallowing for that period (which were annoying at most, well worth having my life back). The doctor I worked with told me I would need to go on an anti-inflammatory diet to make this last long-term. It will be tough, but it’s well worth it. Again, if anyone reads this, and is dealing with these same issues, or knows anyone going through that hell, tell them about this treatment. It’s called a Stellate Ganglion Block, along with an NAD Infusion. I will reply to this comment with some information on the procedures. I cannot guarantee this will be available to anyone who needs it, the doctor I worked with is one of the only people performing it, to my knowledge. It was not covered by insurance, and he said he would be surprised if any insurance covered it, but it cost only around $1500. To anyone who’s been going through this hell for any amount of time: there is hope. I didn’t believe there was any chance of recovery, until it had already happened.

    • @griffindrucker5712

@@andrewstrakele6815 My mom’s psychologist knew the doctor performing the procedure through some weird mutual connection. It was her friend’s husband’s friend, or something like that. The procedure ended up working unbelievably well for both of us, and we may end up being some of the first case studies on this procedure. I won’t give the doctor’s name, because he doesn’t like any sort of positive attention on himself, but I am more than happy to give information on the procedure, because no progress can be made if people aren’t aware of this possibility.

But If ,,aspirate before inject technique,, are not learned and used ,and deltoid muscle are used soon after vaccination, exist rysk of blood spread of lyposomes with mARN.
