- Simple ways to sketch sneakers and not have them look like clown shoes. Sketch shoes like an industrial designer. Work on proportions and add levels of detail to suggest a realistic design.

It's awesome tbh!... I'm a graphic designer but I want to become a shoe designer like getting a job from Adidas or Nike or something. I know how to draw(not a pro) but I don't have a single knowledge about becoming a shoe designer. Can you explain it? btw this is the first video that I have seen about designing shoes, subscribed
Thanks Irishi. It simply takes a lot of practice. Use others sketches as underlays to train your brain and hands what good proportions are. Copy techniques you find from other designers and alter the design to fit your own. Send me one of your sketches and I’ll give you some feedback.
