I think it's cause the natives were released with all of Russia's institutions, and the native reforms are pretty op, which let them dominate the other colonies

In it you could reduce other nation's aggression, but because Ghandi was at zero and you couldn't go negative he wound up with max aggression.
Apparently the same is true for natives winning.

I think it happen because Russia is not harsh in terms of people who their colonizing , so tribes in siberia in terms of developments somewhat close to native americans , but Russia never kill them and let them live how they wanted it will happen to the natives too . And also Russians are not so violent result natives accepting Russian culture , when drew open culture stuff you kind see that natives accepted Russian culture

Would definitely watch that one too :P The natives americans will do well on that, they get to reform their religions and cultures as soon as they meet europeans, which is why they did well here.
For anyone interested in how the Natives pulled that unusual comeback.
The tech system in EU4 is setup in a manner so that if you have a 'higher' tech level neighbour, then your country has an advantage in tech growth which is faster with smaller countries.
Russian tech level is much higher than the natives and when tiny natives got a strong high tech neighbour, their tech levels must have jumped and suddenly their alliances worked out to have enough manpower to push out Russia and eventually a bit of the Spanish colonists.

This isn't a modern map so Finland is a part of Sweden.

So, what I think happened was a lot of the land at the cutting points (namely greece and denmark can be seen at 0:18 under byz and holstein) was given to other nations to avoid leaving tags with land on opposite sides of the world, but they either forgot to add cores and the land returned thanks to separatist rebels, or they forgot to remove the original cores and it was returned during an unrelated war.
