Looked like he was racing for a purpose, clean too as far as i could see.
@Dan Lam in his post race he mentioned his father passed away Wednesday when they got done there. Very sad.

More indoor arenas and stadiums need to do this. Most of the major league fields could host these kind of races. Be pretty wild for me to see Dirt Modifieds in the Skydome in Toronto.

This is one of the events that show just much abuse these cars can take. This rough of a track is hard on engines, shocks, drive lines, everything! The choppiness just puts such an aggressive load on the entire car.

@@p.b.sHUNTING so the track crew’s hands are tied. The Dome only allows their dirt to be used for this event and it’s made for Supercross which is really fine dirt and designed to rut up. It’s one of those deals where if they don’t water it will be smooth but rubber up on the bottom or they water it and it ruts up. I feel like the past couple years they have found a suitable medium where yes there are holes but there are multiple grooves and puts on a good show.
It’s still looks better than Super Dirt Week in Oswego, NY. It’s actually kinda impressive it isn’t worse considering it’s full size car’s running on it and not midgets like the chili bowl.

They should never have this event again. The track was not prepared correctly for racing. You shouldn't have to hit a spot to miss a military foxhole in the middle of a turn.
They know what they're up against when they sign up n you don't have to watch but I bet you will

Now after racing on that race track they are all qualified to take up professional bull riding my old spine couldn't have handled 3 laps around that rough track but it looked like fun and was definitely a heck of a race congratulations to Tyler Erb

The track was perfectly smooth thursday night and all the drivers complained about it, its crazytown over there.
This is not a race track, it's a created racing surface and everyone knows how un predictable it can be. Jeez people, they're racing supers indoors! Pretty cool.
Is it possible to feel bad for the dirt? Man the track was taking a pounding! Good racing though, guys behaved tonight.

Was passing through there summer of 2021. Was tempted to stop as it was race night. What do they run and how are they?

@@justbillsdirtracingshorts I haven’t been there since i last raced with the Comp cams super dirt series in 2016 I think it was, but I believe they still run steer stock, mods, crate late models, and 360 sprints. Use to run 305 sprint but not sure anymore. The racing gets better as the night goes on, early on the track is always super greasy cause they took the sprinkler system out years ago and went to a water truck, so you see a lot of front ends not sticking and pushing up the track. But by feature time it’s some good racing, but can be rather rough sometimes, crate lates especially. A lot of torn up bodies
Erb wasn't the fastest car there but he did a great job picking them off one by one and staying out of trouble. Carpenter damn near stole it on that last restart. All these people crying about the track is rough act like they've never seen an indoor race before. If you want a smooth track and an event that takes place within a few days you're gonna have to go to an event that does one qualifying round and then straight to the a main.
Good run for tanner thought he was going to win the thing.

This track completely sucks and the racing sucks,cars are completely unstable, for those that say this is good racing,apparently you haven't seen it before LOL

I bet Carpenter would have more car left, if he didn't drive into everything he sees. There is nothing predictable about dudes driving style, just drives wherever, all over the place. No actual idea what he's doing. I've tried to ride this bandwagon, because I love the personality, but he's just not a good driver.

You know...the racing is really good....but the bodies on these race cars is just downright "GOOFY".😲 What are they suppose to represent...latemodel what. Parts fly off them as they go around the track and they're "flapping in the breeze". Put a decent body on them that looks like a race car. 😏

THEY ARE GOOFY LOOKING. 🤪 Your right, I DONT know anything about racing, but I can still be a racing fan, or is that not allowed. Kudos to the drivers, they put on a good show. But those bodies still suck 😏
They make these cars soft to protect the drivers and other racers.
I love racing at any track, big half miles, small 3/10 bull rings. But something this small is not a good idea. Cars with 800+ horsepower on this small ass track just not very fun imo.
