    Another good video guys :) I love doing this for press-ups and pull-ups sometimes and it does make it harder...

    How can you improve you're balance to do a hand stand? Any exercise recommended?

      Bruno Diaz try it against a wall and each time lean away from it..

    Just found this channel and glad I did, lots of helpful stuff. I've been training for several years weights and bodyweight to complement martial arts training, but only in the past year or so I've got into dedicated calisthenics training. Not doing too bad but struggling with muscle ups, handstand and planche lol. Out of curiosity where are you lads based? You sound pretty local to me (Derby/Notts area?). Cheers.

    Are you shure that the difficulty with doing these movements slowly is because we lose momentum or maybe because our muscles are in tension and full of lactic acid and get tired faster?

    They make all the handstand push ups look so easy that it seems that they are just hanging upside down

    How old are u guys? Just to compare, I'm 38 and I'm starting with calisthenics.

      Adail Junior Hi Adail, I'm (Tim) 36 and Jacko is 35. Don't worry about starting Calisthenics in your 30's, it's the way forward! Hope your training is going well and keep in touch! Tim

      Luxury im 56 m8 going on 57 and im training for lever .planche and hopefully flag and boy its tough after a 12 hr work shift but progressively getting better ....its goong to be a great achievement...good luck...mark...
