That is an amazing bit of filming and editing mate! You have managed to make town look like the size of a small city. Great music score you have used too. Well done!
Hi, firstly thank you very much for posting this fantastic footage of Gainsborough and the River Trent and surrounding areas. It really is appreciated. Its superb, and unsurprising the amount of time it has taken to put together. I have recently purchased a phantom 3 drone and have followed the rules and regulations to the letter as not wanting to draw negative attention to the use of drones. There has been too much of that in the press recently. But my flying days could very soon be over, before they've got properly started. I flew at 184 ft then up to 230ft above the River Trent at West Stockwith, and some unpleasant chap came to find me to tell me that my equipment will be going into the river if he heard it again because he had been burgled last year, and burglers use drones apparently. He was very aggressive and I am disabled and could not fight back. So I tried to show him the footage, but he said he had left his glasses at home so couldn't see it. He then left, with me and my wife packing up our kit, and leaving. Please could you give me some advice on how to avoid this, should I continue with taking super aerial photography. Thanks in advance. Kind regards Martin and Di
Proud to be in Gainsborough this is the home of the successful people although the council have let it go in some places like pingle hill and Charles Baines area but still it’s a Viking town never invaded.
Could you tell me, if you’re quite familiar with Gainsborough, what it’d actually be like to live in? I’ve read some really awful things about the place that make it sound like Compton! But if I were looking for a quiet life, wanting to avoid trouble by living in a nicer part of it, lots of countryside nearby and a few local amenities, would you recommend I move there?
Hi, we're a local company based in Grimsby. Gainsborough is part of our target market and we are representing areas we cover with 5-7 seconds of aerial footage with recognisable landmarks. Would it be possible to take a small snippet from this footage to use on our website?
MR Dousey pause button makes the image too dark to really see anything in an iPad. I agree it is way too fast to enjoy, especially when filming some of the newer areas and I was trying to fathom out where I was.
I am Very thankful made me cry.. I left Gainsborough back in 2003 and moved to Canada... so Thank you sooo much ❤

This made me realise that it wasn't that long ago that the old Car Park existed, at the same time as Marshall's Yard.
