In this video I will be explaining how to make a JavaFX Android App in the Eclipse IDE (Without Android Studio) Hope you enjoy the video, don't forget to leave a like and comment!
Thank you man I was doing the same task almost for last 3 months. I completed today. (For last three month never mean I try each day I try when I like to do but I fail each time at the end of android build or android path issues or android sdk version issues) Long story short I was using linux and the experience is awesome. Once Again thank you man
Why don't i have build.gradle among my fils on the src ? I did followed your steps clearly except for Andriod sdk executer who don't want to execut itself
Gluon isn't making my project right. When I create a gluon project it makes it into 2 folders, one called App. Can you upload your workspace folder so I can use it for a base? I don't think its creating the file right because when I do the cmd command I get an error.
Thank you for this great video. However I have few questions : - First of all why is it not available on newest versions of Eclipse ? - Also is the procedure the same using another IDE (IntelliJ IDEA for example) on another OS (Linux) ? - How can we do if one already has his project written in pure JavaFX ? Is there a simple way to convert into a Gluon project ? Thanks in advance for taking time answering and thanks again for the video ;)
A nice video. Helped me a lot. Yet some constructive critique. Could you balance your audio to the middle next time? would make it a lot easier. Thank you for your content.
it is working fine with only single view mobile application, but if i create multi view(FXML) application then getting error to build in apk file. please help.
Yes the problem is gluon licence is way too expensive can't afford it why do i have to pay every year?? i want to pay once and be free to code and sell my apps, i don't need the cloud stuff yet i really like the idea of write the code once and have it running on both android and ios. Gluon should think to a single developer licence 1 time fee
Hey for me to make an android app, using java Fx, how much java coding should i know, should i be rock solid on it, or can i get away with it, just knowing the basics?
What went wrong: Execution failed for task ':GluonMobile-Test1App:applyRetrolambda'. > Process 'command 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-9.0.1\bin\java.exe'' finished with non-zero exit value 1
InfinitePro, so I find out solution, everyone who uses jdk 9 and sdk 27 need to change to jdk 8and sdk 26. And you can run it on intellij idea 💡!!!!)) Thank you!
Hi there! I have never tried doing this with IntelliJ, so I think you might be better off using Eclipse for this. You might get some errors if you try doing it on IntelliJ. Thanks

Hi there!
You might need to use Eclipse for doing this project, otherwise, I think it might not work on Java 9.
Thanks
