My OPINION, i think people fail to realize that the character Ana has always had the upper hand. She had the choice to say NO to anything she did not want to do. Ana was a willingly participant. I do not think she was physically abused in any way. Christian was always up front with his lifestyle and again it was her choice to stay and say yes to it. I think this book is more than sex although the sex parts in the book is really juicy lol. Read the books first and then see the movie.
