To see our sin, which is very real, and worthy of judgment by a holy and righteous God (that is, to cast us into hell for our wrongdoings, like a judge sends a criminal to prison for their wrongdoing.) Every other episode the mandalorian is outshined or taught a lesson. It just doesn't feel like a father and his son to me. More like a dude way in over his head with a kid.

@@edwardmoreno6223 I agree. Crosshair's words when its revealed his implant was removed are telling.
He wants Hunter to 'let her go', always tries to establish she isn't 'one of them/us' and generally tries to keep it known that he doesn't want her there. He also tries to take her out a couple of times as if that will magically fix his issues with connecting with his brothers.
He seemed to have a wierd reaction to learning that Omega came before them and was technically the first of the five. When Omega said he was still their brother (and hers), he looked regretful as the ship flew away. I think he's finally realised she's his sister, not his replacement.
Shame he was too proud to admit it.
@@tracey5324 If their numbering is any indication, Crosshair is numbered 9904, which implies he might be the youngest of the Batch. So he might feel a bit resentful about her.

Yup! I like how the dynamic is slightly different though. Mando was more like, "Idk kid... What do I do?" and Grogu was a baby. Hunter is extra caring, and Omega is a curious kid. They are still similar, but they are set apart by some differences.

Dave Filloni uses Cameron’s method of character development. The easiest way for the audience to connect with the main characters is to give them something to care about, something they need to protect. It’s like how James Cameron put a love story or a parental relationship in all of his films: The Abyss, Terminator 1-2, Aliens, Avatar, Titanic.

0:41 when hunter is yelling at omega look at her body language it looks like she’s bracing for a hit . It’s like she’s ready for someone to punch her. I don’t think it was ever stated in the show that the kameions wherever abusive. But Omega’s body language has me thinking.

Hunter is Omega‘s father, and Wrecker is the cool and chill big brother or uncle, depending how you want to see it. However the others are a little bit harder to place as we haven’t seen much bonding happening between them and the girl. Still though, I feel in the real world Hunter would be that very overprotective dad that has to learn bit by bit how to let his daughter go out into the world.
Tech teachers her stuff. He probably loves it because she's curious and will listen to all the useless information he tells her
Echo and Omega do have a few interactions. Echo is the one to teach her how to use the bow and he looks after her when Hunter is captured.
Oh ma gosh, you guys. There's only so much Hunter and Omega cuteness I can take in ONE VIDEO!

I love the Bad Batch and how close they all are. I love how they took in Omega and considered him apart of the family. Such a similar way with Rebels when Kanan and his crew took in Ezra and. I also love how Hunter’s and Omega’s father daughter relationship so it’s hard for me to think that Omega considers them all his brother’s. I see it as more a father and daughter relationship.
So after the last episode, Omega is the oldest member of the Bad Batch. Physically because she has no growth accelation. Just like Grogu is actually older than Din. Also, its kind of sad after the reveal that Hunter wanted her to go with Cut. She thought they didn't want her around when all she wanted was to see the clones she helped Nala Se with again. But that didn't happen and I get why Hunter did it.
It's like poetry. It rhymes.
Seeing those 4 are on the run from the Empire with Crosshair on the evil side, protecting a child is a hard thing for them to do

I don't think this is quite fair to Echo. He teaches her how to use her bow, he takes care of her when Hunter is captured, he threatens to kill people when they threaten her. He answers her questions and he clearly adores her as much as the others do.

To late!!! He’s her dad now!!!! Actually my theory is that Omega is cloned from a little bit of ALL of the bad batch in an attempt to make the ultimate clone that won’t be so rebellious. They made her female (and possibly force sensitive) to maybe change her DNA structure enough that she wouldn’t be rebellious like her “father’s”

She's a Autosomal Identical Twin to Boba Fett, so that would make sense.
(I say Autosomal because the only difference in their generics is their sex chromosomes)

It’s going to hurt so bad when omega executed order 66 on the bad batch. Hear me out sounds bad but only thing that makes since. How do you ensure enhanced clones don’t get out of line to far, one super enhanced clone(force- sensitive) and female have a tendency to be more aggressive and excellent for letting guard down. She is learning at a rapid pace from everyone, especially hunter, and ask yourself how would you fight her? She knows his weaknesses and strengths, and that betrayal will be so much more intense because she won’t be able to control herself. Roles reversed spy amongst the ranks and everyone let their guard with her.
