What was the monitor
The biggest flaw on your build is that there is no airway path and the console can get really really hot as it is sitting inside the foam

I think same, just we try with extra fan.
there is no space for that, but I guess you may lift up the console a bit to get air flow, since the console is not fixed there.
This is probably one of the coolest things that I have even seen. I NEED THIS!

Looks awesome. But one question . Did you create vents to keep the system cool? Because the heat from the PS4 and all the foam would over heat it quick right? Just asking for clarity.

Build one for my own and what i can suggest is do not have the whole thick foam covering every single air path. Have about 2 cm spacing for the rear of the PS (hot exhaust out).
Invest in smaller cooling fans (4x4cm) to create an exhaust on the walls of the pelican. You can actually just use half of the thick one and arrange it so that it doesn’t cover entirely the whole PS.
This current bulild is going to explode or shorten your ps life.

Great ideas and thoughts but I don't see that foam holding the system in place and with the case closed it would rub against and scratch the monitor. The system need a strap or something. There also needs to be more airflow for the PS4 it will damage the system over time. Thanks for the suggestion I am really going to take your idea to the next level.
