I am a manager at a dollar tree in PA. And like you said not all stores are the same. Not to brag but my store is one of the busiest and we are always well stocked. We have mangers that care what the store looks like and thats why we are always busy. Our customers notice the effort we put in to making our store clean and organized.
I just made a comment about tidy DTs are all about management. I can picture your store as one of my favorites here in Washington state... just love going into those visually pleasing stores. 😊
It’s the same situation here n the Panhandle area! They certainly make sure their other stores are fully stocked on the shelves! Dollar General, Dollar Family, etc!!
I used to be the person who would go around the store and put things back and keep the store clean so the cashiers didn't have to do that stuff. So when I tell you most stores try to have that, its hard to keep employees. The girl who was supposed to help me was always calling out. It was very hard to keep my store kept up bc the customers were so inconsiderate and would leave full shopping carts everywhere or instead of walking it back to where they got it, leave it all over the store. Those employees are not appreciated, overworked, and underpaid. It also helps if you have a good manager, too. So they aren't necessarily expecting cashiers tp be stockers they just cant keep help.

My Dollar Trees are hit and miss. BUT...while on vacation in Lake Havasu City, AZ I visited 2 different stores and both were clean, organized and well stocked, I was impressed.
Shannon, we just had a Dollar Tree open about four doors down from my job. It is nice to walk in, and nothing is on the floor, and it's well stocked. Ours has been open about a month now and still looks great. Thank you for sharing. Love your videos!
Blessed with a large Dollar Tree that is spacious, tidy, well lit, and well organized. The employees are polite and helpful. A couple miles away is a smaller Dollar Tree that is dark, dusty, and disorganized. The people working there are understandably grumpy.
Locally a new dollar tree opened and it is amazing!. It's large enough that there are places for everything. The neatness makes it easy to overlook any items that aren't available. I'm in love with dollar tree again.
I live in Cleveland ohio. Each dollar tree is different as far as how clean and organized it is. I do have a few favorites and plan on finding more to go to that I have gone to yet. It's awesome that you found a DT grand opening!😊 It was clean & organized! I had a DT that was so clean & organized, but the awesome GM left & then it went downhill! There is a new GM there now, and he is wkin' on things!😊 I went to a DT in a different town yesterday & found the egg container that slides on the frigshelf, but I don't think that it would stay on. I was also looking for the mason jar soap pump dispenser & the clear bins, but no luck. Most DT'S around here are messy & disorganized! I love going to Dollar Tree’s in different places where we go. It’s always cool to see what they have versus what we have in ours here. We always go to the ones in the St. Louis area when we come up for doctors appointments or to just play. We live about a lil over an hour south of there. 🥰
Hi Shannon This is your former Brentwood, MO resident fan. I now live in an Alabama suburb of Pensacola, FL. The Dollar trees down here are disappointing. The one closest to my house has a lovely staff but never gets any of the newer products. There several within a 10 mile radius but they're no better. I'm going to try one that's about 20 miles away as my local store manager told me that it is the largest in this area. According to other influencers that egg shelf doesn't work very well as it tends to fall down often...not something to like when the contents consist of eggs!
The veggie bags are wonderful at the beach for collecting seashells! Most bags hold in the dampness and your shells get a little stinky. Mine were dry by the time we packed to go home. 🐚🪸🐚
I went to a different DT store in a different part of town (not close to my area) a few months ago, and I noticed, and commented to the cashier how organized and tidy the store was. He was apologizing and saying it was a mess, but I told him compared to the stores I normally go to, it was wonderful. This store had boxes stacked off to one portion of the store, but not cluttering up each aisle and such. They had not had time to unbox and stock those boxes yet. But the store was in such good shape. Now I can't remember where that store was.
A new DT opened near me six months ago. It was just like that on opening day; six months later it's still in pretty good shape--at least it doesn't feel like you need to wash your hands when you leave. For the most part, no boxes in the aisles and no clutter. I hope it stays that way. The only other one in town is a mess...I try not to go there, but sometimes I have to. Shannon, please give us a follow-up in six months!
We live in a very small town east of Tucson. Our DT is very small! But I will say, they do keep the seasonal section very stocked. But, that's about it. I might venture into Tucson someday and check out a bigger store.
Having worked at dollar tree I can tell you that it can be a real battle at trying to keep everything stocked and cleaned. On top of that they are seriously under employed for lots of reasons! Keeping that in mind one must also understand that when the holidays are around they get hit hard and wiped out quickly. Remember you can order stuff online ❤
I live in the valley outside Los Angeles area with 2 local DTs a smaller one 🫢 not so great larger one🥹 better but neither look like the one you visited. So disappointing when looking for items my crafty gals share here on TH-cam. BTW love your new color scheme. Currently I'm planning my lemon and beach decor, question which comes first? There are 4 DT stores in the city down the highway, not far from where I live. When each of those opened, they were really nice. They have been open for quite a while now, and have changed management so many times that you can't keep count. The inside of the stores are not neat and tidy at all. The furthest one from me I don't even go to anymore. We don't have a Plus section in any of them. We pay $1.50 for everything, but that may have changed since I last went to shop there, which was around the beginning of Dec 2023. I love DT and I have wanted to go, but the roads and highway get too icy and -40 is too cold to go out just to shop. Lol Btw, I am in Alberta Canada. Love your channel. ❤
I like the notebook with different inserts. I'm going to use it for my business, and add a second set of the month, to show daily sales. A 2nd one would come in handy for Online Marketing Planning, and a 2nd set of month pages.
There are several dollar treea within about 10-15 miles. Some are better than others. I usually have to go to several to get what I need. You definitely found an awesome nee dollar tree and were lucky enough to gwt in on the first time!! Would live to see another video after its been open for a month or two!! Great video! We are fortunate to have many Dollar Trees to choose from here in Orange County, CA. We just got one that's starting to carry the more expensive items. Thrilled to see that! Definitely have our favorite locations, but will still hit up others on occasion or if I'm looking for something specific.

What a wonderful DT!! We have several in our area that have limited stock, and I seldom find even half of new seasonal products that I see in the videos of many crafters. Lots of general crafting products are in short supply or missing altogether. I only found one DT with a Plus section, which is about a 30 minute drive, and is rather small and poorly stocked. Also, I rarely see any of the acrylic storage items 😢. I live about 45 minutes from Chicago
I have a new DT opening soon by me. I’ve been stalking them to see when they open. Lol I’m hopeful to find all the things I’ve been looking for. I saw the grass but had no idea what it was. I passed on it. After I found out what it was…can’t find it. I have the scrubber too. I bought it to wash my fur baby. Mine is the same, it’s relaxing to my pup. Tfs. Have a great afternoon.🤗
I got one of those soap field scrubbers along time ago for my dog. I love it but I loved it so much that I tried it for different things. I got one in the kitchen for dishes. I’ve got a couple for my dogs. My son has got one forhis shampoo, I’ve got some for my grandkids. They love to scrub with them in the tub specially, when they’re using bathtub paint. They come in handy for all kinds of things.
I recently moved to the Jacksonville area and there are two DTs that I love due to the organization and cleanliness. They don't always have everything but the things they do have are never hard to find. I suspect the managers there really do a good job at keeping things in order!

We had a brand new one open up in my Texas town. It was nice that it was clean and organized but they don't have much more then the DT in the next town over. It's been about a month and the store needs a good recovery done. Love your videos and your crafts!

We had a graand opening about 6 months ago..and yes it was the most stocked ans beautiful dollar teee. But now 6 months later not so much. They dont have boxes in the way, but cant seem to keep product on the shelves. I frequent 12 dolalr trees in my area. Still no plus sections for us in any if them and most are overcrowded with boxes in the way and not items on the shelf. I use each store for a particular purpose. One is amazing at party supplies and gift bags. One is so good at toys and even getting overstock name brand toys. And one is amazing on holiday decor. Never all of these great items in one place tho and the rest of the items are a mess or missing.
My Dollar Trees are terrible. They are always messy with boxes in all the aisles. I am always so jealous of everyone elses stores. We never have any of the things anyone else finds at their stores. 😢 But keep showing all the really cool new finds....I like to dream, lol. 😂
Plus, you can find these amazing, clean, and well stock stores if you have Mode Dollar Tree store in your area. Thet are held to a higher standard then the other stores
Isn't it great? Last week I stumbled upon a new $tree bout 1 mile from home- like yours it's huge with a place for everything. Been open 3 months!! I died a little cuz I've been scouring all older ones searching for wanted items. 😊
My dollar store is old but once in awhile I find something new. I've had the facial brush for over a year and love it. I use it in the shower and it is water proof.
As a carnivore, I will never need the veggie bags, but keep in mind that you don’t put all produce in the fridge. Pretty much if you find it at the grocery store in the middle that’s where you would store your stuff if you find it in the refrigerator areas that’s where you would store your stuff. That being said the little parchment I use when I make hamburger patties. I can fit four in a quart size Ziploc bag. That way the meat isn’t sticking to the plastic bag and I can just pull out one or whatever I need. They are very handy. You could also do sausage patties this week. We don’t eat cookies so we won’t need them for that, but they are so versatile.

I’m about 2 hours south of the St Louis area. Our DT here in Jackson, MO is delightful. It’s small compared to some but always very well organized.

We have several in our area that have limited stock, and I seldom find even half of new seasonal products that I see in the videos of many crafters. Lots of general crafting products are in short supply or missing altogether. I only found one DT with a Plus section, which is about a 30 minute drive, and is rather small and poorly stocked. Also, I rarely see any of the acrylic storage items 😢.

I have a new DT opening soon by me. I’ve been stalking them to see when they open. Lol I’m hopeful to find all the things I’ve been looking for. I saw the grass but had no idea what it was. I passed on it. After I found out what it was…can’t find it. I have the scrubber too. I bought it to wash my fur baby. Mine is the same, it’s relaxing to my pup. Tfs. Have a great afternoon.🤗

I got one of those soap field scrubbers along time ago for my dog. I love it but I loved it so much that I tried it for different things. I got one in the kitchen for dishes. I’ve got a couple for my dogs. My son has got one forhis shampoo, I’ve got some for my grandkids. They love to scrub with them in the tub specially, when they’re using bathtub paint. They come in handy for all kinds of things.
I recently moved to the Jacksonville area and there are two DTs that I love due to the organization and cleanliness. They don't always have everything but the things they do have are never hard to find. I suspect the managers there really do a good job at keeping things in order!

@@stacybrown9365 yes. Jax Florida area. Orange Park area on hwy 17th. Always clean always organized. The second is in Mandarin on San Jose Blvd. Out of the Jax area but they are also opening one up in Palancia I suspect that one might be a good one.
I also have good Dollar Trees some are great fine a lot of things some can’t find anything ❤👍🏻

We had a brand new one open up in my Texas town. It was nice that it was clean and organized but they don't have much more then the DT in the next town over. It's been about a month and the store needs a good recovery done. Love your videos and your crafts!

Where did they open a new DT?
We had a graand opening about 6 months ago..and yes it was the most stocked ans beautiful dollar teee. But now 6 months later not so much. They dont have boxes in the way, but cant seem to keep product on the shelves. I frequent 12 dolalr trees in my area. Still no plus sections for us in any if them and most are overcrowded with boxes in the way and not items on the shelf. I use each store for a particular purpose. One is amazing at party supplies and gift bags. One is so good at toys and even getting overstock name brand toys. And one is amazing on holiday decor. Never all of these great items in one place tho and the rest of the items are a mess or missing.
My Dollar Trees are terrible. They are always messy with boxes in all the aisles. I am always so jealous of everyone elses stores. We never have any of the things anyone else finds at their stores. 😢 But keep showing all the really cool new finds....I like to dream, lol. 😂

Plus, you can find these amazing, clean, and well stock stores if you have Mode Dollar Tree store in your area. Thet are held to a higher standard then the other stores
I’ve had the parchment squares in my Dollar Tree for awhile, I use them to put between homemade hamburger patties I put in the freezer
I just have problem with not finding alot of things I see others get but have to say mines pretty neat. ❤😊

My dollar store is old but once in awhile I find something new. I've had the facial brush for over a year and love it. I use it in the shower and it is water proof.

As a carnivore, I will never need the veggie bags, but keep in mind that you don’t put all produce in the fridge. Pretty much if you find it at the grocery store in the middle that’s where you would store your stuff if you find it in the refrigerator areas that’s where you would store your stuff. That being said the little parchment I use when I make hamburger patties. I can fit four in a quart size Ziploc bag. That way the meat isn’t sticking to the plastic bag and I can just pull out one or whatever I need. They are very handy. You could also do sausage patties this week. We don’t eat cookies so we won’t need them for that, but they are so versatile.
