It is so refreshing watching average joes shooting with average joe equipment and average joe skill. No insanely expensive bows. No stabilizers the size of my arm. No 100+ yard shots. You guys even miss the target sometimes… just like I do! Thanks for sharing! Just moved to MI last year. Hoping to hit up TAC at Crystal Mountain in a few months, and figured I’d like to try the Leupold course.
Thanks! We try to be relatable! I’d say go for it. It’s a great time and a good way to force yourself into practicing!
Hey you guys had fun! That's waht it's all about! 👌👊
Absolutely!
Awesome video guys.. 🤘🏻👍🏻
Thank you!
We had a blast! A fun way to improve and challenge your archery skills.
For sure!
Im here in MI too. Moving to the thumb region. Excited to build my home archery course on my 10+ acres!
That sounds like the dream!
Sorry I missed it, but Boyne is 25 miles from my cabin, and CM is like 125. Didn't want to burn the gas.....Looked like fun!
It was a good time! Definitely worth the gas for us.
Not to bad for a fishing bow
It can definitely hold its own!
8:41 absolute mad man shooting with no peep or anchor points
A unique technique for sure! But, those are some of the hypothetical advantages of shooting with a red dot sight.
Saw you guys at the registration booth, but we were both trying to get checked in and I never saw you again after.
Bummer! That is always the most hectic part of the day.
@@CreationOutdoors yes it was. We also had Sunday nock times, but showed up Saturday. Ended up getting on RMEF and BRCC Saturday, then did Prime and Leupold on Sunday. Was my first TAC, but definitely going to be an annual trip from now on.
@@lukasestep9480 Sweet! Sounds like you got a pretty good first experience!
New to archery what is the bow your friend Mark is shooting?
He shoots an older Oneida Eagle Hawk.
lol, can’t believe that guy using the old gator jaw release. Do they still make and sell them? Used one like 25 years ago it seems. And you people gotta learn to STOP PUNCHING THOSE DAMN TRIGGERS!!!!!!!! Look up TH-cam “ bow only outdoors “ practice what you see on his LEARNING vids. I guarantee if you will actually do what he does you will become a lot better archer. Just try it for 100 diligent serious shots. Nice and slow.
He's definitely old school! His is quite a few years old now, so I am unsure if they make them anymore or not. Thanks for the suggestion!
