Liebherr - Floating Unit Operation

Working on floating platforms is complex and demanding because the crane operator has to take into account not only the lifting movements of the crane but also those of the floating unit. The Vertical Line Finder and the pile tilting device support him in his work and at the same time they increase work safety.

Side by side is nothing new for cranes/dredges, the "innocation" is the device that allows safe tilting of long goods. And I don't think any recovery truck is going to silt any semi from horizontal to vertical position any time soon ;)
