I always feed Grendizer into the Spazer from the front and the paint seems to have held up just fine. I was screaming about the red forearm pieces with my inside voice! Keep up the great work!

Grendizer is a great design. I almost like him better than Getter Robo G. The spazers also add lots of play and display value.

You're so right evilash3373! I love that black red and gold design! The way he fits into his spacer is also something totally unique to Grendizer! Having all the Mazinger type devil robots alongside the Starvengers trio is a site truly to behold! Glad I was able to collect them early 😊

@@megajayretro Just redoing my shelves now. One shelf for the force five robots. One shelf for Mazinger Z /Great Mazinger and assorted friends/foes. Space Battleship Yamato will go on the top shelf. I hope at some point Bandai makes a DX Daikū Maryū.
Not quite sure what I'll put on the other shelving unit. I might go with a G1 theme. I managed to pick up a bunch of G1 reissues when Takara was pumping them out years ago.
I got Zeta/Studio Cell Unicron out on display on top of my PC case. Will probably leave him out. I was debating on if I should flip him to planet mode. Probably not. The transformation looks very unpleasant and he looks great in bot mode.

1. You have to look at Lancer's saucer. If you don't even look at his saucer, he might not like you. 😉
2. I seem to recall in the show that the two halves of that weapon could be used separately.
3. I seem to recall in the show that the robot could fly without the saucer. Maybe he just jumped really high? But, I remember him doing a loop before entering the saucer.

Phew. Now that you have the spazer documented. You can watch it when you have the itch to combine it. I may have done once before. But its not easy. You could have put the plastic sleeve on grendizer for protection for docking

Hey man great review, I got this too but they also released the Gx-04s which has the complete set with the drill. Why didn't you get that instead? Also Bandai released the Dynamic Classic version, whats your take on that? Thanks man

Hi Duke, when I bought GX-04 I wasn't even aware of GX-04s. I've been eyeing GX-04X which has the other 2 Spazers, but these day's its just as expensive haha. Oh well, I already put my money on the new Snake Mountain, and I was crazy enough to also order Unicron, so my money's all tied up now (pray for me Duke1!!!)

Sorry Juggernaut 333, unlike plastic figures I haven't heard of any quick fixes for die cast figures. I'll ask around and see if I can find anything out. If I do I'll let you know! 😊

Here is a listing from Japan www.amazon.com/Soul-Chogokin-GX-04-Grendizer-japan/dp/B003TALTEO If you live in the united states you might be able to find an Anime Store or Chinatown where they sell classic toys like this. But its a hit or miss what you'll get. Alternatively you can look only places like Big Bad Toy Store here is a pre-order page for the NEWEST version of SOC Grendizer GX-76 www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/64243 so there are a lot of options!
