I've noticed that with simliac baby has yellowish stools, they seem constipated and have difficulty passing stool. However, with lactogen, the stools are thin and greenish, resembling diarrhea, but they are easier to pass. Dexolac is similar to Similac. Sometimes, the baby doesn't drink lactogen completely and becomes irritable, having trouble sleeping. However, with Similac, the baby seems happier, drinks fully, and sleeps better, although passing stool can be a challenge. Hope this information is helpful!
