I really liked this formation over the course of the season. I thought it was a great example of the coaches finding ways to properly use the personnel they had.
Not a fan of this formation. This diamond formation looks to be a reaction to an inability for the TE and DT's to block the opponent's d-lines, and allowing the H back to pick up a linebacker or run out in the flat for a receiver. That said, it has to be better than the one-read-and-QB-runs offense that we've seen way too much of over the past 6 years.

Idk I think there could be the idea to condense the defenses personal to match the run up the middle with the ability to run out or pass out
