The sad thing is that if a kid wore a shirt that is not pink on that day, guess what? He'd be bullied. Even if he said he just didn't want to participate and that he didn't like the color pink and that he didn't believe in bullying, he'd be bullied into submission.

without doing any research, I can guarantee that if the kid said "oh was that today" or "I don't have a pink shirt" that the conversation wouldn't last much longer

Have met many employers who are bullies towards everybody... had also met some who are very much considerate... and then there are those who somehow the combination of the 2 sometimes as extremes. I most often am not personally bothered by any sort of attacks probably because the majority of people who met me said that my work ethics are very refreshing altogether that even many of the clients have provided such written statements which the law should depicted those forms as protective evidence. Because of my ability to do great in a variety of difficult situations... I usually get assigned to do 3x more work than everybody else by average, but paid an additional 15 cents each year... so I decided to decline after a decade. Granted, I kept working with an employee in particular who kept harassing almost everybody... which when she suddenly had a nervous breakdown right in front of me because 6 customers told her at the same time that they much prefer for her to not serve them, whereas she walked away and didn't return for over an hour; apparently realizing how nice of a person I have always been, in secret... she told me about 5 situations that were destroying her life right at that moment... which I answered all in kindness, paraphrased... communication is key... to not let her pride become her own enemy... to apologize to those people in a way that is no less than awesome like offering them their favorite brand of cake fully decorated at their doorstep... and why spending more time with those they cherish will most likely can totally change their outlook for the better; A few day later... she became an appreciative person forever... and even kept bringing me wonderful meals she prepared herself... from mainly 20 minutes of talk. Sadly, I might have to wait for some people are finally ready to hear me out.
    '
One other viable solution... is for there to be a job opportunity for anybody to work entirely at home most likely filling out surveys to earn $2'000 each month maybe as a civil right, that way nobody has to feel too afraid to leave... rather than ever contemplate on committing suicide because it can seem impossible to get hired anywhere else.

@alt Nobody is jealous of Trudeau. He is ruining our Canada. And we need a change..🙏
Inflation from his over spending, crime up 94% because criminals seeing less consequences, no plan to keep our housing market affordable, people over dosing at record levels.. His censor ship bill just passed, now he can censor anything he doesn't agree with.. Proven foreign election interference. Chinese diplomat threatening mps to vote a certain way and liberals knew about this for 2 years.
Banning legal firearms from hunters and sport shooters..
I know a guy because of the Firearms ban might lose the old rifle his dead grampa gave him, and he's a police officer.
And let's not forget the carbon tax.
That's just off the top of my head..

This is just a tool for the feminisation of boys. This is from the pink shirt website...
Sometimes people think that we at InsideOUT are trying to label kids and make them grow up too fast. You might face the same objection. However, what we want is for kids to be able to play, try out wearing a skirt or sparkles or a silly santa beard if that calls to them, try out 'he' or 'she' if they want, and in time grow healthily into whichever adult they are.
Five year old Sam might grow into being Samuel or Samantha, and might fall in love with a woman or a man or neither. Either way, we want Sam to thrive, be free of bullying or shame, and able to make their own choices.
