I think the RE 650 is probably the best available new bike foundation for a functional custom build. This example is lovely and I really love the colour and would love to know what it is. Thank you for show casing so many custom builds.
Great show thanks, I really enjoy your content. I am a 46 year old Kiwi man returning to riding after almost 20 years. I just brought a Interceptor 650, have to wait a few weeks because the dealer's are all sold out here in New Zealand. I can't wait to get back in the saddle. 😎
@@tomboyabit oh I think he built a terrific machine. Enfields are quickly becoming the british go to bike for this same reason. Lower price and endless options for customizing AND for now...a bit more exclusivity.
Really enjoyed your visit to Cooperb. You asked all the same questions I was thinking! I'm visiting Cooperb soon to test ride a few bikes. I really think there are few other bikes that look good stock that can also be transformed into so many different builds.
Thank you! That’s my aim to ask the questions that you or other people watching my channel would ask. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your day at Cooperb. And who knows, I might meet you on the ride day there.
@@tomboyabit Well, it's a peach; lovely subject, impeccable lighting, lovely subject, excellent composition, lovely subject, rule of thirds in effect, lovely subject.....oh, rumor has it there's a motorcycle in the picture too! Always a plus....and a lovely subject.
Up North! ? You’re just below the Watford Gap, that’s South still! I’m up north in Proper north North Yorkshire, that northern Pennines north😂. Great video though.👍
I was waiting for the part where you took them both for a spin.. ? I'm on my 45th -bike, 70hp v-twin (yeah, I AM old, nearly 70hp too) I love customs/cafes etc, that style looked off to me, sounded great though. Dave Aotearoa nz
So £6grand for the bike then £10-12grand to customize, so basically £18grand, or for £13grand you could have a 1200cc Triumph scrambler with more power and better suspension/brakes etc
Sorry to be a downer but I don't think the seat unit suits the bike at all. It's reminiscent of the late 70s RG500 seat unit as can't see it suits a 60s style bike. Also the bottom line of the seat doesn't flow with the bottom line of the tank. Also the headlight looks wank.
I don't understand the expense and labor of installing a 865 kit on a Interceptor when you can buy a low mileage 865cc or 900cc Triumph for around 5-6K. No way will the modified RE be as smooth or dependable as the Triumph.

You’ll love it. I’ve had mine in Auckland for about 10 months
That's perhaps the most polite way I've ever heard anyone ask if something is all show and no go.
That '865cc Interceptor is an animal of a machine, just love the attitude and sound, it's a 'proper/real world bike'!
They've done a beautiful job on that bike. The exhaust sounds glorious!
Lovely place and the guys are a great team. Always friendly and helpful.
A great vlog, love all the options around the upgrades available for the Royal Enfield. He has made an amazing bike
That tracker is so cool, definitely going down that way on my project 👍
Here is a Royal Enfield Fan☝️😍😅🤙love the twins and the bullet 500
Best looking Royal Enfield I have seen in a while. I do like RE'S just hate their seats and this guy fixed that issue.
To me he fixed many issues. Made it more nimble, faster, sound better and look better.. right?

Wow wow...
sometimes less is so much more! Love that bike & good job to you as well!

Really like the blacked out engine
🙌
Come on Jack let her take it for a ride!
😅
That thumbnail tho. Chef’s kiss.
Thank you 🙏🏻 We did the pictures at the end of a day in the golden hour. Such a treat after a long winter with a green hideous light.

I was all the way down South a day before. So that was up North to me from Essex 😂
Blacken the top of the fork tubes! 😍
Love it. Please more RE 🙌
Definitely will be more. I promise 😉
I like that bike! Well interviewed. And he was a great interviewee. Great video all round.
Thank you 🙏🏻 Glad you enjoyed!
69HP !!! That's more than my 1975 BMW R90S 😃😃
😃
That's what a 2010 865cc Triumph Bonneville produces, stock.
Had a 90S. Great bike, good tourer.

Wow very awesome tracker. I would love to ride that thing!
They do a Cafe Racer too the Gt.

See my comment....😉
Nice video. Not what I'd want for a bike but interesting to watch. I'll stick with my old Harley bagger. Thank you, stay safe and God Bless.
Wonderful soundtrack. what is the song at the beginning of the vid (until ~4:00)?
Hi nice Video cool and nice monday and good trip Pascal 🏍 😊 🤗 😎 ✌️ 🏍

The most stunning beautiful thing I seen in a lot, wow!
Oh , and the bike isn’t bad by the way ☝️😐
Haha thanks!
Stock bike looks beautiful 😍
Customized,,,,,,, nah
Not my taste
A Slipper clutch would be the way to go…
The Royal Enfield 650 Twins all come as standard with a slipper clutch which is awesome!!
@@MegaCooperb oh now that is a cool feature……very much so
@@MegaCooperb ….also I like the flat tracker high exhaust…..
@@MegaCooperb Yep. Actually, an assisted slipper clutch, which is even better.
The pipe hot on your leg?
Original looks better IMO. Also the tracker needs to have higher bars….but he wanted the gold bling instead.
Be nice if you could have took it out for a quick spin, lovely bike....
I agree with you 😅 would’ve been nice 😊
Where to get the wheels ?
It has a bit of a Metisse look about it to me.
Original much more beauty
🧸
Hahahaha, Wellingborough is not 'up north' hahaha.
It’s up North for me 😅
she is a bit over excited for the customed Inter
There is no such thing as over excited.
I préfère the original sound

Depends where you start I guess LOL
Fat front wheel influence very bad for handling
Wouldn’t say very bad. Worst, yes, but not that dramatic.
Ugly, too.🤢
Headlight is ugly as hell...🤦🏿♂️
