I think from iverns line we can say teemos mushrooms attack the targets lungs, which mean teemo is legit using biological chlorine gas. This is in addition to the other charming effects it has. At this point I'm sure if fiddlesticks met teemo he would greet them like he does evelyn or nocturne.
Al of it is even more funny when you realize teemo is an actual psychopath, like he is an assassin that uses often painful poisons, took manny lifes and then he behavies like a kid, as if nothing happened...
